Not only that but more importantly, I had ordered a pair two pair of jeans. My measurements were already in their computer system so they knew how to tailor them to my needs. Unfortunately when they were sent to me, they were just off. I brought them back in and Brian helped me. He said they would adjust them to my satisfaction and if that still didnt work, they would start over with a brand new pair because they wanted to make it right. I have had nothing other than great experiences going to Ticknors for all of my clothing needs. I highly recommend.

My 80 year old husband was not assertive enough with the 2 delivery people. They did not set up the couch properly as the under/backside was never completed. Zippers have not been zipped. They gave him no instructions or paperwork whatsoever. I've had many conversations with Macy's customer service to no avail. I requested a white glove person to come back out to finish setup and give us our paperwork! I requested they respond via email as phone calls don't seem to work with them! I went with Macy's thinking I was purchasing the best couch and delivery/setup. I do not recall anyone purchasing furniture from Macy's! I searched for couches for 2 years, so sorry I went with them!

I don't normally shop at Kohl's but I saw a good deal on their Fitbit. I purchased it online today…read moreand then picked it up a few hours later. When I got home and took the box out of the bag I noticed the box was open and dirty. The watch fell out and the plastic that was supposed to be holding it fell out as well. The box inside had multiple coffee and dirt stains and the wrist band on both sides were dirty. I drove back to the store and told customer service about it. The store associate there said she was the one who boxed it. She noticed the box was open, but thought it was returned without being used. I'm confused...if an item has been opened and then returned, shouldn't it be considered used? I don't understand how the dirt on the box and the obvious dirt on the wrist band was missed. Anyway they had one more of the color I wanted and I didn't have a problem exchanging it for a new one.

It's the beginning of November. I just don't understand. The Kohl's corporate should come here and reprimand the management staff for the look of this store. I couldn't believe I can't find anything. Please fix this place or you won't sell anything to people.

Great jeans and awesome service…read more I have been putting off buying jeans because it's hard to shop with 3 young kids especially to try on clothes. After searching online for pants and knowing I needed to try them on I decided to give the buckle store a shot. I was immediately greeted and started looking around. A lady came over and I explained what I was looking for and she was very helpful pulling my sizes and selections. Within a few minutes I had a whole fitting room laid out with my requests. I was able to quickly try them on and she went back and got different sizes and items as I needed them. Going shopping with kids can sometimes be hard especially when you are trying on clothes but she was so helpful that I was able to get what I needed quickly!
