So I came in to do a return for some clothes I had ordered from SHEIN. Sales associate started out friendly then proceeded to let me know "she protested against SHEIN because of their work policies or something " Omgggg! Here we go! Here we F***** go! Just a heads up-- they carry no plus sizes here! A little disappointing given that it's in a huge mall. You'd think they'd have more size ranges but I guess not. I suggest calling a location before visiting as there's no indication whether a certain spot has the proper range or not. read more

This is an awesome Forever 21! I would say they have a similar selection to the one in Yorktown, but that one has 2 times the square footage which makes this one a little more cramped. You may run into one (or ten) racks while perusing but it's worth it. I ended up spending about $80 here but I ended up with quite a few items. I love their clothes because they're so cheap and on trend, but don't expect amazing quality. It's a trade off but I've been happy with everything I've bought from Forever 21. The employees around the store did that whole "I'm going to avoid eye contact so I don't have to help you" thing that drives me bonkers, but the girl at checkout was really friendly. If you're looking for cheap clothes, check out this F21. Make sure to try everything on though, as their return policy is pretty strict. No cash returns, but you can make in store exchanges with receipt and with tags attached. read more

Went shopping at this forever 21 today and purchased $230 worth of clothes. I used two different credit cards because I had reached my limit on one. After I showed my credit cards and my drivers license to the cashier and put them away, I was asked to show them again. After the second time I showed the cashier my credit cards I was asked to show them once again for whatever reason I don't know. So after three times of having to retrieve my credit cards the cashier printed my receipt and once again asked if he could see my credit cards. He checked my receipt and examined my cards which made me extremely uncomfortable. He was nice and thanked me for my patience but I couldn't help but to feel as if I was being racially profiled. After thinking throughly about my experience I plan on contacting HR about the incident. I don't think I'll be shopping at any forever 21 ever again. read more

me and my wife were in the store..its one of my wife's favorite stores she founds some sandals on sale she liked so she got them with some other stuff at the check out the gurl at the register said those are not on sale....so my wife asked for the manager...her name was AMANDA she came with a bad attitude yelling show me the sign when she did ...she said with the worst attitude o... i will give to you with the discount....and removed the sign...and still that attitude.... its not about the discount its only a few dollars.. but the whole experience....OMG and when we asked for the corporate number she gave us the wrong one... how is a big a company cant hire a decent manager im in retail and people will get fired for less read more

Ugh! I used to be in love with this particular store. This location has serious gone down! I am a fairly plus sized girl. My waist and upper body can fit in a m/L shirt but my booty and legs are a different deal. I usually snag a shirt from the regular section and travel to the other side of the store to Forever+ for bottoms. I am disgusted with this location now. The selection is minimal and the store is always a mess. CLOTHES EVERYWHERE!!!! Organization is God awful. The only reason I would go in this location is for jewelry! Otherwise, I go to the Forever 21 in Chicago Ridge. That one is superb!! read more

Don't get me wrong, Forever 21 is one of my all time favorite brands and I love the setup and the products that this store sells. I usually end up spending quite a bit here. But my previous visit was kinda inhospitable. The two individuals working by the fitting room and the cashier were friendly and helpful. However, like Courtney C said two years ago, "The employees around the store did that whole "I'm going to avoid eye contact so I don't have to help you" thing." At one point, I needed help reaching a top that was hung way above my reach and so I nervously approached one of the staff members for help. Most people who know me will say I'm very friendly. If I remember correctly, she gestured to another staff member who just stalked past me wordlessly without a glance. I figured I should follow. Second staff member did help me but when I thanked her she didn't even acknowledge me and just walked away. It's not as though she didn't understand me in since she did briefly speak to ask what I wanted in case anyone's thinking there was a language barrier. I love this location, but the poor treatment my sister and I received on 2/6/15 at 8:30pm was disheartening. We were simply picking out clothes and one of the employees stepped right in the middle of us while we were talking and grunted extremely loud as if she was disgusted or annoyed by us. She made us feel so uncomfortable. We felt like we were in her way so we went to shop in a different section of the store. Its unfortunate because it was this cute black shirt with polka dots on it that I wanted to buy, but I just settled for something else because I preferred not to be in the same section with her and have to deal with her rude attitude. read more

So I called forever 21 in Orland Park an asked to speak with a manager I had told her my receipt had expired but if I could please come in and get something else since they do store credits she said I could that and she would honor it...I was so suprised and was happy she said she will be off at 3 and she will let the night manager know she said it was fine...I was super excited till I got there. Walking around the store for 1 1/2 only to find a belt and a few bracelets after trying some stuff on I walked up to the register patiently waiting. So I soon tell the girl checking me out what I called about earlier and said the manager said it was ok. The night manager I believe michelle told me NO you need to spend exactly what the receipt says and it was about 62$ and told me told go look around and find something either wise she wouldnt do the exchange...I said I didnt find anything and what did she want me to do walk around and randomly pick something she then gave me a dirty look... I said but the girl on the phone earlier told me it was ok. She said rudely what is her name...I said I dont know but she said she is off at 3 and you would be in at that time! The cashier shook her head agreeing obviously I talked to a manager either wise how would I know that! So I had told her I drove all the way from midway which is 40 min away plus gas almost 4 dollars! I said well she didnt clarify thats what she told me so you should honor it and again ignorantly she told me NO!!! I said really there is nothing you can do you can call her and ask her...she didnt respond. So I asked her for the number for corporate and the manager above her or the gm...she rolled her eyes and barely gave me the information. She pointed to the receipt and said here you can call this number to talk to her as if she knew she wouldnt get into trouble. I have never been more upset with a manager before. I spend alot of money at forever 21 and want to continue but if the employees are rude and ignorant and cant be polite to customers they dont deserve to have any business!!! That is definitely not setting a good example on other employees. It is not ok to talk to someone like that!!! Maybe they should have secret shoppers and fire all the people who dont deserve a job and are rude to customers...Note to anyone working with people if you are miserable with your life and or job leave it at the door slap on a smile and treat your customers like you would want to be treated!!! Now I will keep calling the managers and gm until something is fixed atleast if my return isnt fixed because it really was expired I hope they can fix the employees for future reference so they can handle the situation better like ie...not being an angry bitter rude employee making your company look bad!!! read more
