I've never dealt with racism before but I dealt with it today. I watched a Hispanic couple before me return a pair of shoes that have obviously been worn. They look not good. Well they let them return them without even looking at them. Just scan the receipt then. The manager came over and took the money out of the door and gave it to him. But me they looked over the shoes with the fine too comb and then refuse to return them because they said the bottoms were dirty. I forgot to mention I called before I came because I live an hour away. I called to make sure that I can return them and I explained that my son wore them one day and they didn't fit him. They were hurting his feet so I called to make sure that I wouldn't get turned away if I drove an hour to return them and they said no problem. If I was Hispanic they wouldn't even have looked at them but since I wasn't it was a problem. What a horrible store. I won't stop until that manager is fired because it's not right to treat people like that.

I was assured that it would be there with no problem. Today is the 6th and I was told that they only get shipments on Wednesdays ly and that it would be there. It did not come. They don't know where it is or why it has not shown up but they won't let me get a refund until it does. What if it never shows up. Looking more closely at the receipt, it does state that it may take UP TO 15 business days to get there. However, since they only get shipments on Wednesdays that would be more than 15 business days. They, including customer service were very rude with me.

The person I was texting with took the time to find that item & coordinated for it to be shipped to them the next business day so that it can be sent out to me. However, when I ordered, I had somehow put the incorrect address, so it was sent back, after all of their hard work. I was immediately contacted to get the correct address, & it was shipped back to me, without an additional shipping charge that I offered to pay for my mistake. Let me also say it was not busy so there is no excuse for someone not cleaning and straightening it up. It often has been messy in the past but nothing like today.
