Clothes were thrown all over the place, making it hard to shop. I then came in a few days later to return the jeans because I didn't like the way they fit. I was rejected at the counter because the tags were removed from the jeans, even though the jeans were never worn And tags were in the bag. What kind of a bullshit ass policy is that? The first thing people do is take tags off their clothing once they bring it home. Clearly the policy was designed this way in order to screw people out of being able to return their overpriced clothing. I've NEVER had this issue at any other store. I'm fact, I had another return that same day at Aeropostale, tags removed from shirt and in the bag, and I was able to return it with no issues. 0/10 for this store and their terrible service and policies. Will not ever shop here again. I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you stay away from here.

This is very hip, youthful and trendy store. The selections they have are very casual with a really…read morefancy spin. They're popular merchandise that people buy are their jeans. The jeans and the quality of their clothes are great and their jeans especially last a very very long time. The clothes they sell are gorgeous!!! My complaints are their clothes especially their jeans run in junior sizes (not everyone wears juniors) and the prices for their clothes are insane!!!! A pair of jeans depending on what brand can run from $85-$200!! But the jeans and clothes will last long and look great. The staff is very attentive and will find whatever your looking for, and their very friendly. I just recommend going there if you have the money to splurge, and are small enough to fit the jeans. Overall it's a great store with great finds and is one of my all time favorite stores to go to. If they were cheaper I'd shop there ALOT more.

I didn't even see he was up on the ladder re stocking merchandise. He knows his inventory and showed us several T-shirt options to choose from and assisted with the accessory we were also looking for. The items we purchased were reasonably priced too! We could go anywhere to buy T-shirts but Hunter made it a helpful positive experience!

When I come to the mall, I can never pass up coming to Hot Topic.  They have definitely gone from…read moregoth/emo to more pop culture since I started shopping at Hot Topic but I love it none the less.  I'm obsessed with movies and television shows so my entire pop culture t-shirt collection has come from this store.  I also love tripp pants and remember buying my first pair of the well known looking tripp pants here and also the skinny jean tripp pants in high school.  I mostly wore green back then so I was the green goth who shopped at Hot Topic.  I even bought my first pair of gauges here.  I'm so glad to have a place to shop where I'm not judged for my size or how I dress.  I love it here.

Other consignment stores in the area would do themselves a favor to be more like this store. However, almost every time I'm shopping there, I am surprised by how unprofessional the staff is. They gossip amongst themselves constantly, including very rude comments about customers, seconds after they've walked out the door. I have overheard conversations about who is hooking up with whom, and graphic observations about people's personal hygiene. I can't imagine allowing such a culture in my own business. It's very off-putting. Fortunately for the revolving closet, the shopping is so good that I will continue to patronize them despite their lack of professionalism.

When I got back to South Bend, the manager here Ron excused the late fee on Monday when he heard about my struggles the day after a wedding. I appreciated that.
