used to always come here to get my semi formal and prom dresses. i'm plus sized and they typically did an alright job finding things my size that i was comfortable in. then i came in and started looking for a dress for this year, but they had absolutely NOTHING in my size. the lady helping me started pulling out dresses that weren't even for a formal event like prom, they were dresses that were clearly made for older women (im an 18 year old girl shopping for prom). when i told her my size another lady made a rude face. i left extremely discouraged and self conscious. not sure what changed in the past couple years but something definitely did. read more

I have shopped here before and NEVER will again. I walked in and told the sales lady (Geri - spelling?) I was looking for a cocktail dress and what style I was seeking. She immediately went to the sales racks. Just because I have jeans and Harley Davidson boots on, does not mean I am poor especially considering I was wearing a rock worth $12K on my right hand that I just had cleaned and inspected down the street. She constantly body shamed me and to top it all off, when I returned a week later, she was gone that day and 3 different people did not know where my dress and matching dyed sandals were after 3 different people were asking me if my dress had alterations. I answered NO! all 3x but no one was listening. I also told one lady that I had nothing but issues since walking through the door and no one asked what those were. I could not wait to grab my things and run and have never felt so disrespected. I shall spend my $ elsewhere and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Most people do not wear a dress to shop for a dress and are casual. I'm also not 300 pounds and if I were, she should have shut her mouth, smiled and treated me with respect as she should to everyone that walks through the doors like a great sales person does. read more

I bought my wedding dress here, a Maggie Sottero, after looking at a few other stores. They have a particular style of wedding dress, which was just perfect for me. The dress took about 5 months to order, and they were great at keeping me informed as to when it arrived. I also got it altered here, and that was just alright. If you have a favorite tailor, it might be fine to take it somewhere else. read more
