Forever 21 in general, and specifically this store, is kind of chaotic and confusing. This one is really large and if you don't have some kind of focus when you go in you will get worn out and give up. My focus today was short sleeve tops to wear with jeans in the spring/summer. I never even found anything that tempted me to take it to the dressing room. That's ok. Sometimes that's the way it works. Doesn't mean I won't leave with 5 things the next time I walk in. This use to be one of my spots but no more. This location is incredibly large and it gives you false illusion of order. 1/4 of the store is neat and tidy and the rest is a mad house. There were some visible finds off hand but everything else requires a search party. I really don't want to have to work that hard to find items. Of course they had a help wanted sign up, visible in a few places. I feel for the employees who work there. It must take allllllll night to straighten up that store. What's sad is customers also treat the store as a trash can too. There are clothes scattered every where, mainly on the floor or in sections they are not suppose to be. This store had a large shoe section which occupied a small room of its own. They have a wide variety of items but the store is such a mess I did a slow drive by throughout the store was interested in a few items but not enough to stand in that line. As someone who loves good merchandising and had worked at Anthropologie for years Forever21 isn't my cup of tea... This particular location (I am a retail manager of another store - not Anthro, a door away- and have to wear black tops so that's the only time I come in here) is the worst. Clothes strewn everywhere. A water bottle dangling from a clothing rack. The same top is located multiple places (different sizes each place). Clothing racks so entirely stuffed you can't pull out a hanger without pulling out those on either side. The people working seem oblivious to the chaos. Line of twenty some people and only one checkout person... In fact typing this whole thing while in line. Also the whole return policy tells me they don't stand behind their product which is so so poorly made. Fast fashion kills real fashion and harms the environment and kills american businesses. Service terrible! False advertising on rack and instead of them honor them the manger came and said it was wrong with a nasty attitude. Terrible customer service. From upper management on down. Will never shop at this location ever again. read more

Forever 21 (really, any of them, not just this particular store) is a good lesson in "You get what you pay for". The clothes are cheap! Real cheap. And the service? Not so great... I actually feel really dumb coming in here most of the time since the people who work here probably look at me like, "What is this old lady doing in here? It's forever 21, not forever 36!" But I must admit, I like the clothes! Yes, they are poorly made and don't last more than a few washings, but that's really all that I need them for! By the time I've worn a dress/shirt from Forever 21, the trend is over. Would I shop her for office attire? Absolutely not! Forever 21 is purely "just for fun" shopping. I always recommend trying things on in the store if you can. Sometimes I'm a size Small and other times, I'm a Large. You never can tell and if you want to return an item, you don't get a cash refund. Just store credit! Sometimes it's tough to find what you need in the store and if that's the case, try online. But I won't guarantee that you'll find it online, either. Now that I'm almost 30, I should probably stick to more mature stores like Ann Taylor or H&M. But every now and then I want a cute little top from Forever 21. Nothing wrong with that, right? read more

I had to return a pair of shorts and the worker was so nice. only complaint would be dressing rooms still are not open.

This store has a great selection and the employees on the floor and in the dressing room were very friendly and helpful but the employees at the checkout were not at all. I grabbed a shirt off the 50% off rack. It was marked $9.90 but had a $5 sticker on it. It rang out as $9.90. I showed the woman the sticker marking it as $5. She replied "oh it should be $2.50 then." I was super excited about that but it still rang up $9.90. So she peeled the sticker off and said "it's not on sale. Do you still want it?" I reluctantly bought it anyway because I really liked it but I think it's a little ridiculous that they wouldn't honor the price that it was marked as. My mom walked out after me and asked "was the woman checking you out as rude as mine was?" Definitely not my favorite forever 21 experience. read more

This place is a mess. Sure, they have cute clothes at inexpensive prices, but its such a mess, you can't find anything. I saw a shirt I wanted to buy, but they only had 3, all mediums, ALL OVER THE STORE!!!!!!!!!! I saw it, put it down, saw the same one, and then I saw it again! What a mess! I'm never going back there again. They either need to take on some serious spring cleaning, or hire better, more helpful empoyees. read more

The clothes here are trendy but cheaply made. For the price though I'd recommend them. The Men's clothing section is boring and never seems to be updated. The employees are terrible and extremely cold and unfriendly. I have also heard managers and employees fighting in front of customers before. read more

This is literally one of the worst stores I've ever been in. The place is a mess, you can't hardly find anything, the line is always a mile long, and the staff are so rude. The products are cheap quality and if you need to return you can basically only get store credit most of the time. They don't work with customers on anything especially their return policy. They won't even help you when you have to get a new bank card due to fraudulent charges, they just tell you "oh well" and you can't get your money back. Only marking one star because I have to. Forever 21 is usually where I go when I need something cheap to wear for parties, club hopping etc. The clothes never last long but you get what you pay for. With that being said I'm always impressed with the selection available. I went into the Forever 21 at the west county mall the other day to find something fun to wear for a themed event I'm going to and I walked around for five minutes at most before turning around and walking right back out. The store was a DISASTER. There were clothes on the floor and I didn't see any associates working towards getting things in order. Unfortunately this isn't the first time I've walked into this location and walked right back out-- there never seems to be much organization. Corporate should step in and get this store together or close it completely. read more

The only time I seem to be in this store is summer time. Typically in August. Like all the other reviews stated you get what you pay for. This review isn't about the clothing but the store itself. The place is a DUMP. There appears to be people running registers or the dressing room. The place is just a jumble of a pile of clothing. I loved Chesterfield because while it was smaller it was at least organized. Too bad it's closed. We couldn't focus on anything because nothing was in the right place. I was happy to see their "plus size " department but again I couldn't locate anything or have the patience to dig through it. I can't imagine someone from corporate coming through there. If so they need retraining and hire more people. read more
