I had a truly wonderful experience and incredible results my first visit to Dr. Konstantin and have had consistently amazing visits every time since. This Dr., has a keen eye for facial symmetry and I chose him due to the fact that he specializes on the face and does not do breasts, or anything regarding the body. I am in my late 30's and have been getting Botox for years. How I KNOW this man is a great Dr. is because he told me on the first visit that I only needed one syringe of Botox and his eyes almost popped out of his head when I told him that I had been getting almost 3! His Botox is obviously not diluted because my Botox never looked so good! Very few doctors checked all those boxes. I called each one, and ultimately chose Dr. Westreich--and I'm so glad I did. I'm extremely happy with all my procedures. A few things worth noting: Dr. Westreich's work is subtle and natural. If you're looking for something more dramatic or "snatched," you should be very clear about that during your consultation. At my follow-up, it was clear that one side had dissolved more than the other, but both bumps were still there. He injected the dissolving agent again. To my shock, the front desk charged me for this visit--without any prior mention that I'd be billed again! This was a follow-up appointment, and I had assumed it was part of the original treatment. Ultimately, I had to go to another practice to fully dissolve my filler. Even worse, the new provider was shocked that Dr. Westreich hadn't addressed the puffiness and migration in my top lip. In stark contrast to what Dr. Weintraub promised and what he advertises on Instagram, he did not remove ANY gland tissue. A different surgeon recently removed gland from me and verified it with photos. The second surgeon confirmed that I had previously undergone liposuction alone. Worse, even the lipo only procedure that Dr. Weintraub performed was uneven, removing way more from one side. I'm still dealing with the asymmetries. For this he charged me over $13,000. I believe there's only one reliable way to remove gland, and that's through the areola. I now understand that a skilled surgeon can minimize scars and can prevent cratering. Don't let an unscrupulous surgeon play on your fears.

When I raised my concern with Dr. Rokhsar's office and asked for an explanation, I did not receive a substantive response. Instead, I received a letter terminating the physician-patient relationship. I also requested electronic access to my medical records and have not yet receive a response to that follow-up request.
