Dr. Tanna worked in close coordination with Dr. Susan Palleschi and Dr. Jill Whyte to make this possible, and the level of planning, precision, and choreography required to bring multiple surgical specialties together so seamlessly was truly extraordinary. From the beginning, I was struck not only by Dr. Tanna's expertise, but by his willingness to put my needs at the center of the surgical plan. Coordinating all of these procedures into one operation undoubtedly added complexity for him and the entire surgical team. Yet doing so spared me additional surgeries, hospitalizations, and recoveries.
