However, the woman I spoke with on the phone told me that the cost of a nose operation would be between $5,000 and $6,000, so I was eager to drive all the way there to find out more. When I arrived, however, they informed me that the actual cost was $12,000. Literally double the price, I was unsure of how to react and partially had to hold in my laughter. Later, he informs me that it will only cost 10,000 if I do it before the year ends. Simply said, I'm really unhappy by this news because how can they tell me that the price will be between $5,000 and $6,000 over the phone and then increase it by more than 40% when I visit? Overall don't be scammed by them with their consultant fee, obviously if you could afford a 12,000 nose job go ahead, but he claims to have a reasonable price for "Hispanic with low incomes" but I know for a fact that is not no low Hispanic income price, like come on dude. That being said, that's all I have to say.

I received lip filler here last August and am only writing a review now because I have recently…read moreseen a real doctor and had the irregularities fixed and a more transparent experience. First, a wait time of over an hour is ridiculous. I should have been tipped off immediately for what I was in for however by the alarmingly cheap price and their inability to tell me what product the filler is, only that it was HA. (I would later see on their Instagram some months later they got "juvederm" in but a google search revealed the type they got is what anyone can order offline) I waited in the small waiting area for an hour and then was put in a hallway for over an hour with numbing cream. I was back there so long it wore off and needed to be reapplied. When I was eventually seen, the service was rushed and painful. I noticed the filler was in insulin needles (attached a screen cap from their Instagram that is recent within the last couple months) Regardless I went back a couple weeks later for a touch up (another hour plus wait) and Mimi was sick and obviously distracted including checking her phone after she had put gloves on. She proceeded to really only top up one side of my lips leaving them quite uneven. Unfortunately I don't have any close up pictures because I didn't want to look at them honestly. When I went to see and actual plastic surgeon to fix the irregularities- which she noticed right off the bat, she also remarked on lumpiness and possible granulomas/ nodularity. I'm just happy it has started to dissolve as I was worried for a while it was silicone because of their inability to inform me of a brand name at the time.

She repeatedly emphasized that she has worked for Dr. Kraft for 30 years and therefore "knows," instead of listening to my concerns. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Patients should not be spoken to in such a dismissive manner, especially when discussing medical guidance from another physician. The interaction left a very poor impression.
