He is professional, friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure that you have all the information you need to decide whether or not to buy a home. My husband and I were ready to sign on the dotted line upon our first inspection of a home. Eugene took us through the house, step by step, showing us everything we needed to know. His reports are written himself and are full of detailed photos to help the buyer understand the conditions of the home. He prioritizes issues he finds into First, Second and Supplementary. His reports impressed several professionals in the real estate industry with whom we shared it. We didn't end up buying the house, but the next time we come close, he will be the first person we call.

We were disappointed he wasn't able to walk the roof of the unit because of safety, but appreciate that he did his best to visually inspect the exterior roof and did climb through the entire attic to inspect the best he could from the interior. He was also incredibly effective in explaining his thought processes: he encouraged us to tag along for the entire inspection, and was very patient/articulate about explaining both what his concerns were as well as point out potential items to monitor/maintain in the future, which was a key confidence builder for us as first-time homeowners. We're looking forward to asking him to do a repeat inspection when it comes time to make sure everything is up to par prior to our new home warranty expiring. Thanks so much!
