He was able to help me with an inspection with a last minute notice. I was surprised at all the information, pictures, and detail went into his reports. It was very professional and the new home builder had no issue fixing all the recommendations from Kevin. I used Kevin 2nd time for my final inspection. He arrived on-time and was very helpful to walk around showing me different things to be inspected. Multiple times he showed me issues or things to keep an eye out for in case there could be a future problem. Again, his inspection report was extremely thorough and included great pictures, information, and any issues he found.
