I'm a 50 year old woman and instead of helping me or even speaking to with an respect at all I was talked down to like a small child. Dr Huang even blocked the door do I couldn't leave!! He needs his medical liscence taken away! He's a condescending bully! I think Mommy and Daddy forced you to be a doctor. You hate your job! Do something else! There's still time gor you. Don't take your hatred for your job out on your patients! You're on your last leg! Dr. Huang needs to be fired immediately!!! read more

I've been fortune enough to have Dr. Rayner-Hartley be my cardiologist ever since I ended up in FH emergency 4 years ago. She's kind, compassionate and an extremely good listener. She's great at explaining everything. I trust her to give me the best medical support. I've have absolutely no issues with the clinic. read more

Wow. These past reviews are brutal. Perhaps things have changed since I began visiting this clinic about three years ago? The staff has always been pleasant and treated not only myself, but my wife and daughter very well. In fact, it was part of the reason we chose to make Dr Huang our family doctor. Pre-COVID, this office is rather busy. There's a waiting area and it's in the same building as Kent Pharmacy making it easy to get your prescriptions filled as soon as they are prescribed to you. And guess what! I'll be there in hopes of being able to finally meet you and others from the Vancouver Elite Squad! By now you should have received your email confirmation for the Elite Experience with Pink Elephant Cafe. Here's the Elite Calendar with details: https://bit.ly/3DfAiPZ Bookmark this page: https://bit.ly/3zhsDOx You'll use this to redeem the check-in offer for one free beverage and entree. This is also where you'll share your review and photos of the experience. Questions? Comments? Concerns? Let me know. Cheers, Eric C, Community Manager - Vancouver What I particularly like about booking an appointment here is the ability to do so online and thru an app. Admittedly, I forgot my password and had to call in for my recent visit. (I should probably get that fixed.) Honestly, I'm not sure what's not to like about this clinic. On it's worst days, it's exactly what anyone would expect from a clinic. On it's best, they remind you why you chose them. read more

The care that I received was very helpful. Staff are very friendly and helpful with everything

My family and I have been going to that clinic since 2014 seeing mostly Dr. Dasanjh and Dr. Ade. When I had an issue 4 years ago they appointed me with NP Sukhi Jassar. It was very unpleasant experience, absolutely did not appreciate the way she talks to patients, very rude, dismissive and doesn't know how to listen. The only reason why I've booked another appointment with her again is that I've been told to check-in with my NP after I was hospitalized with a heart attack. She hasn't changed at all since then! I could not stand her rudeness for more than a minute. read more

I have been going to this clinic for 4 years & my overall impression is anything but satisfactory. Nurse practitioner Sukhwant Jassar is very arrogant , dismissive & treated me in a very unprofessional manner. She needs to learn some very important social skills as well as take responsibility for her actions. If I could have recorded my last appointment with her , I would have reported her to the medical board. I caution anyone to use her as a GP. This clinic doesn't deserve a single star. read more

Well, it's not really a walk in. You can go in and make an appointment and come back 2 hours later I'm not sure why they still call these places walk in clinics. The doctor I saw had no bedside manor, rather robotic. It took a very long time to get things across to The counter staff. And my absolute favourite thing was $31.50 for a generic printed doctors note for work that was not even signed, just stamped. read more

Not a walk-in clinic. Tried phoning it keeps you on the line for 5 minutes. Then says no one is answering and you can't leave a message. So i drove there and they were booked up. But they proceed to explain that all appointments are phone appointment's ( needed a burn looked at). So i would need two appointments before I could get helped. That is not a useful clinic. read more

My Dr (Sanja Matic) here at Foremed is excellent, however I have had repeated mistakes made by office staff in getting referrals and orders for needed testing. In sitting in the office yesterday, 2 of the other patients ( of three others waiting) have echoed my complaints. I call the office and get the FAX machine 2 times out of five. There seems to be no follow up on the referrals and test requests which has led to some serious consequences. It improved when I pointed this out to Dr Matic, however, she's away, and once again, my referral seems to not have arrived at its destination. The staff now cringe when I appear, because I'm pestering the crap out of them to do their job. I recommend this doctor highly, however, you must follow up referrals and test requests by calling to see if they arrive! read more

First time I visited the clinic as a walk-in. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, I didn't have to wait almost any time. The problem was with the doctor, I had a rash that's spreading. The doctor saw me for less than a minute, I wanted him to check my rash, since different spots look very different. He only saw one spot (one of the less affected). I had to go to a different doctor, which actually look at more than one of the spots and clearly realized that we needed to test it given the problem. I wasted valuable time, specially since I was in such pain. I'm sure this clinic has other doctors working there that might be a lot better and take their time with their patients. I know for sure their non-doctor personnel was very nice and did take the time. read more

I've been coming to Foremed Clinic for the past 2 years now after my family doctor moved from Coquitlam. Have to say that Dr Tran is by far one of the best doctors I've seen and is very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he is leaving come August so they have other doctors taking in new patients. For those looking just to walk in, this is available at the clinic but it does fill up fairly quick. They allow you to call in prior so you don't have to waste your time walking in just to find out they're schedule is filled up. Overall not a bad clinic, just be aware that it is fairly common to have to wait 10-20 min after your scheduled time to get in a room. read more

Dr. Boudreau is actually the best. She is professional but also personable enough to not make you feel like a specimen during your visit. I can be myself when I'm there and feel completely at ease. She is genuinely caring and follows through on requests and results and referrals... I just love her. She's also really cool! Very spunky and is in a band on the side - my parents have actually seen her play! I like that while she can be professional and a really good doctor, she allows her personality to show. I just like that she's a doctor you can feel comfortable around and it isn't all Q & A, get down to business, conveyer belt "next please" like other doctors I've seen. Only complaint: 1) It can be hard to get in to see her (a few weeks wait) but if urgent they have other doctors (not as good as her! One older guy is pretty nice/funny though so don't mind him. There's a younger guy with a strong accent that I never feel knows what he's doing but I'm sure he does, he h 2) RECEPTION. I hate talking to them on the phone, they are very abrupt and speak very coarsely. Like you ruined their day by calling and "hurry up I have other calls that I don't want to answer" And then when you show up they NEVER say hello, avoid eye contact until they're done whatever they're doing (even if it's just talking to another staff member which I feel you can take 2 seconds to stop talking with to at least say Hello I'll be right with you) and then when they finally do talk to you it's very formal and cold and downright unfriendly. Like do these girls ever laugh? Smile even??? Sorry, don't like them. I've even complained to the doctor about how unfriendly they are. I work front end at clinic and at least smile at people when they come in if I'm on the phone, or if I'm in the middle of something I always look at them and say "one second" like... IF YOU WORK RECEPTION HAVE A GOOD PERSONALITY! SERIOUSLY! I hate walking into a doctors office feeling like a burden... But I guess it's worth it to see a really good doctor... (I hope reception sees this and takes a good look at the way they treat patients in the future...) read more

If you care about your health don't go to this clinic. The doctors may be ok but the front office staff don't pick up the phone that often, don't return calls or do so slowly. Very hard to ask questions as they don't listen carefully and then you have to repeat yourself. If you have serious health issues I would recommend going to a clinic with competent, efficient staff and doctors. Giving one star for convenient location. read more

This clinic has a fantastic doctor he has been ours for a number of years now. We have only seen our doctor here so I couldn't rate the others here. The staff is helpful and our doctor is fantastic, he has seen us through a number of difficult issues! read more

This is the worst clinic I ve ever been to.. I tried to keep seeing the same doctor about the problem I was having . I ended up getting surgery for the problem and was off work and had to keep getting paperwork filled out for short term disability while I was off. They are the most incompetent people , Doctor doesn't really want to fill out paperwork which was obvious .That is part of your job !!! Billing for forms is ridiculous and they don't know what they re doing . Always feel like they re rushing to get you out of there. Do not go to this clinic if you want to get better . My rating is 0 stars out of 5 read more

Dr Tran doesn't even rate a minus 5. Totally ignorant to anything but pharmaceutical medicine. He works with elderly now and is horrible and uncaring. read more

They advertise in the local newspapers and always mention a website foremed.com, that website is not there. Have told them but seemingly no one cares. Still no website. Website active would be good if they would show which DR. is on that day (and time). So far have received good service from one of the Medical Doctors. read more

Not impressed. This is a walk in clinic where the receptionist was late opening up, and the dimbulb cashier in the adjoining pharmacy was rude and incompetent. While waiting for the clinic to open (8am) she came out and told us to go up to this other Dr.s office upstairs, even after i told her i didn't have an appt. I was here for the walk in only. Once we all go upstairs the receptionist tells us that she cannot take walk-ins, sorry, so down we go to where we started from. Cashier informs us that clinic is opening late, that the receptionist is stuck on the bridge. Yes that happens sometimes, but when you are in pain and sent all over, it's maddening and so I walked out and made plans to go elsewhere. Only in dire emergencies would i return to that incompetent office. read more
