A bank representative immediately responded when I walked in. My experience after this was nothing short of incredible. 10 out of 10 customer service! To start with, I had called this bank ahead of time to ask about their notary services for account holders. I have a TD Bank credit card, and this makes me an account holder! Unlike the bank where I keep my checking account, their notary services will sign wills, and their bank employees will act as witnesses. Awesome! Coming in, I didn't have to wait long- a bank representative sat me down and brought me everything I needed. It was the quickest, simplest, most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a bank. Sitting there in awe, I definitely thought - if I ever decide to switch my checking to a different bank, this would be a high contender on customer service alone. Thank you!

Met with service advisor Sonel Elisma. He was professional, friendly, plus confident in the wire transfer process. I gave him a document which had all the information he needed to process the transfer from my account to the receiving one. Everything went smoothly. Mr. Elisma asked me to verify the sending document prior to the transfer. I confirmed the information was correct on both sides. At that time, he asked me to sign my name on the transfer document.
