Glad my mortgage company notified me because I would have never known. Unfortunately, they had already sent funds to Tower Hill so I am going through a bunch of hoops to get my money back. Requested they cancelled the policy immediately. They never sent cancellation notice to my email so I had to call back and have it resent. Tried calling the company line first but it was a complete waste of time. I can't ever get a hold of anyone in Customer Service by phone or through the chat feature. Everything is routed through Ai bots and when they transfer you to a "live agent" nobody ever answers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Then they went back in and reinstated my policy to change it to the 5th to charge me for the 1 day they didn't collect before sending the refund. So because they made a mistake I have to pay for it according to Julius in the dispute department after having to call 3 times for getting hung up on, then being placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Do not go with liberty mutual, seems like they just care about money and not customer service.

How does a place operate with no one to answer the phone? I've sent emails and faxes and still no response. Had to contact the insurance carrier directly but they could not help on the spot as I needed to send more faxes and the processing time to service the policy is 8 days. This is all a result of having zero customer service at Freeway Insurance. Don't waste your time with this company. Go elsewhere because this place is trash!
