They are friendly and well-staffed and they seem to have a steady flow of customers. The last time I bothered to comparison-shop, they had the best prices for tailoring in the Kingsbridge neighborhood. Big plus that they're located so close to the 238th St. subway stop. Also, they let me search through their huge button bins when I was missing buttons on some other articles of clothing that had been processed by other dry cleaners. And then they let me keep some buttons! They were totally friendly about it and I didn't feel like a creep doing it. Rock on. Added note: I think they have gone through name changes over the years, so just to be clear, this is on the south side of 238th street, walking east from the subway, just before the Deegan overpass, and before (west of) Bailey Ave.

I've never had an issue with them: never a single delay, never a problem. Items were ready for pick up when they said they would, and some times even earlier. Their service has been impeccable. I still think that $3.50/shirt is a bit steep, but their prices are lower than other nearby cleaners (Goody Cleaners and HMS Cleaners). And something has to be said for a service that is consistently good year after year. I'm definitely a fan.

Explain to me why a dry-cleaner in Crown Heights Brooklyn charges more for shirts/slacks than a place in upper Manhattan. Baffling! They should get off that band-wagon, I think they would see more business. -Close early: I believe at 7 PM, they completely shut-down. Doesn't really make sense if like me, you work/workout and realize you arrived too late when attempting to pick-up your dry cleaning after a long day(yet instead you do a palm-to-face when you arrive and the lights are completely out--yet every other business and Franklin Ave is still open--including the florist). The Jersey shore (GTL) would not be impressed. Not that that's their demographic but still, come on! Strong suit- They make your shirts look like they were pressed for the Oscars, nearly every-time. Great quality, friendly service.
