I asked them if they could get a stain out of my silk pillowcase that cost me $100 and the woman assured me they could do it without ruining it. Then, after ruining my pillowcase they refused to give me back even HALF of what it was worth. Completely unreliable and they refused to even right their wrongs. Big place, has busy times were you can't even get a washing machine. Parking in the area could also be an issue.

DO NOT USE THE DRY CLEANING SERVICE. They stained my suit and refused to do anything about it. After several months and visits to this place, they finally gave me $115 and offered to try to fix the stain. Then, without any notice to me, they owner allegedly donated my suit. This ended up costing me several hundred dollars and a HUGE headache. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

I've been coming to this laundromat for 5 or 6 years , however had a terrible experience Sunday evening . After putting funds onto my laundry card to dry after I previously spent 25$ on washing machines, my laundry card was stolen from me. The laundromat has cameras everywhere and there were a handful of people washing since it was about 10 pm at night. Once I noticed my card was gone I asked one of the employees a short Hispanic woman with a mole on her face , had anyone returned my card she said no . Ok fine. After retracing my steps , I asked another employee if my card was returned . The same employee I asked first jumped into the conversation and nastily replied that no one returned my card although I did not ask her . I never raised my voice nor gave them attitude . I then asked her what happens if a paying customer gets their card stolen ? Don't they have cameras to rectify the matter? That is when she shrugged her shoulders and replied that there's nothing she can do since they do not have access to the camera. To be clear I was not expecting them to pay for my service , I understand it's a business. But the people who keep you in business are your customers. Do not treat the customers as if they are a bother to you for showing concern toward a manner that happened in your establishment . Further more the owners of the laundromat are extremely nice and helpful and several times have carried my laundry to my car when they didn't have to nor without being asked . Because of this outstanding act of kindness I was saddened that I was treated so harshly and rudely from the employee. I will not be coming back here and I will report her to the owner so that next time she treats a patron with respect. read more

I think that the fact that they don't take credit cards is crazy, especially since show many colleges students want to drop off clothes. I hate having to pay almost $4 in atm fees each time I drop off clothes. read more

Wash & Fold is awesome! Very cheap and they get the load back to you in under 24 hours, completely washed, dried, ironed, and folded. The detergent they use even smells great! Would recommend if you're working full time, drop the laundry off on the way to the subway and pick it up on your way home. The fact that they're open 24 hours is even more convenient. read more

Their dryers are awful. After two round of "high temperature" I had to go home with damp clothes, because I ran out of money.

Scummy laundromat. $4 for the cards isn't a even deposit, and the dryers are paid in 28 cent payments, not 25 cents, just so you can't pay it even. 28 cents? Seriously? Serious a-holes. read more
