I used Force Home Services for my AC tune up......during that process, the first Technician James recommended maintenance to increase the upstairs unit efficiency in blowing the air. The company followed up and immediately and scheduled the appointment within the week. Then Josh came out for the repairs....First of all this young man was very Professional to call in advance and arrive on time. He came in and had a conversation with me about the issues I had with my AC. He then performed a follow up review. He listened to my questions and patiently explained what the issues were and how he could address. As an Accountant, I deal with numbers, etc. however; he was very thorough and explained what he was going to do to address the AC issues in a manner that I was able to comprehend. Josh did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Both units are now fully functioning well (COOL), this is significant as my units are OLD (approximately 18 years). He didn't focus on the age of the units but more on what was the best, most practical and cost effective actions to obtain the maximum return and use of the system. My family and I are EXTREMELY satisfied and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Force Home Services to my neighbors, friends and family members....... Thanks again JOSH! Steven B. read more

We've been customers of Force Home Services for many years. We've always been impressed by the promptness, reliability, professionalism and care their technicians and staff demonstrate in their dealings with us. We recently had a completely new HVAC system installed on July 8, 2020, by Force Home as our old one was literally on its last leg. Emmanuel and his crew (Travis B. and Matthew) were spectacular. They worked 11 1/2 hours to get the old system out, the new one installed, running and tested. Emmanuel did a wonderful job with our "customer education" and we felt very comfortable with our understanding of the new system and how to maintain it. Supervisor Jorge R. came by the next day to inspect the work and answer any questions we had. We wanted to give a special shout out to Josh P. for the home assessment to determine our best options for upgrading the system, and for the super support from Force Home office staff (Mandy and Brie) for handling the administrative end and answering all our questions. Force Home is the BEST! read more

I needed to have a gas line run from the attic to the kitchen to convert from an electric to a gas stove and found Force Home Services through Home Advisor. Based on my experience, I recommend them highly. What should have been a straightforward permit process got more complicated due to my development being new. Mandy from Force Home Services took charge of getting the issue resolved, communicated with me to keep me updated and patiently responded to each of my inquiries. The folks who answer the phone were always pleasant and also responsive. No long waits on hold! The technicians that came to provide the quote, responded to run the gas line and finally to install the stove after the permit inspection all were on time, personable, seemed skilled and again, patiently responded to all of my questions and concerns. If I have plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely contact Force Home Services. read more

I continue to be pleasantly pleased with Force Home Services. After experiencing power outages during a holiday weekend, I came home to find I had no water in my kitchen. The dispatcher (Karrie) was more than kind and concerned. She asked me (she didn't tell me) if the matter could wait until after the holiday to save myself some money. Then she went a few steps further, she googled the issue AND asked a technician (Jax), if he had any advice. He told here to ask me a few more questions. She called me back and remained on the phone with me while I tried some of her suggestions. With their help, I was able to fix the issue. I am so very grateful and thankful for their kindness. Just an FYI, I found them on The Good Contractor's List. In future, I will always call Force Home Services first for all my plumbing and gas needs. read more

I love Force Home Services. We have a maintenance contract with them and it has been the best thing we have done for the maintenance of our home. Recently we used the plumbing inspection portion of the maintenance contract (covers plumbing, air and heat). They came out, inspected the problem we were having with our shower, found the problem and told us what we needed to do. Even gave us a referral. After that, they inspected the rest of the plumbing in the house, told us of some areas of concern, emptied the P-traps in the sinks in the back bathroom and were on their way. All for FREE because we had the maintenance contract. Very professional. Couldn't be happier. read more

Switched from Hot Water Heater to Tankless water heater. Michael and Neil, from Force Home Services installed a Rheem Tankless Water Heater. They did a great job. They were courteous, mindful of keeping my home clean and neat on their installation. In addition, I found them quite knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions. I have used Force for plumbing needs in the past and subscribe to their membership program. This was the first time, however, that I engaged them for something as unique as changing water heating systems from tank to tankless. I highly recommend them and Force Home Services for your plumbing needs. read more

I called them first thing in the morning requesting service with a plumbing issue. David came out at 9:45 a.m. He gave me an estimate and started work. Thanks to my home's pipes which were constructed before the dawn of time, the job ended up taking 4 plus hours. Despite this additional time, the fee was no more than the original estimate. David was professional, friendly, courteous, and very patient. He answered my questions and always seemed concerned about getting the job done. This is the second time I've used Force Home Services. Both experiences were great and I plan on using them again for any HVAC or plumbing issues. read more

Service from Force Home Services company was 5-star. Bri scheduled my service request for a flooding & clogged a/c-drain-line the SAME afternoon. Communications through telephone & email with Bri, not to mention the superb service-work performed by JohnMark, were all top-notch, prompt, professional + courteous. VP Drew even telephoned me with a follow-up-call, to be certain I was completely satisfied with Force Home Services--I couldn't be happier. Am very pleased & thankful to have a dependable & experienced Carrier-certified HVAC service-company nearby my North Texas home for future work. read more

Force air came to my house two months ago when my 20+year ac finally bit the dust, and installed a new system, and now they came back to install all new ducts in my attic! Prices were def reasonable and they weren't in it for a quick buck, not pushy, I took my time to look at there competitors and these guys were the best price, very pleased with their work! I highly recommend them! James was out here for my original ac work and drew came out this time to give me a estimate, both are great techs, also rest of the crew did a superb job! read more

Josh gave us a call before his arrival and matched his ETA. After checking our system, it was determined the system was faulty. Being 11 years old, the "band aid fix" was not trustworthy, so a new A/C was the best choice. After much information on comparison units, Josh gave us a presentation on three that would fit our needs. He even surveyed our home area to calculate size. After a three hour meeting, we came to a decision. AND....the installation will be tomorrow! Quick service! read more

Always great service from Force and friendly guys doing the work. read more

Force Home Services is one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. They have been maintaining and installing new systems at our house for over 15 years. I find them to be honest and fair in everything. We are a member of their Comfort Club which is one of the best values around, especially if you have more than one HVAC system. Recently had our Spring maintenance performed and Josh did a great job, was on time and was very thorough as always. read more

David is the plumber that dispatched to my home to fix a tub faucet that hasn't operated correctly for years. He was professional and fixed the failing faucet without issue. He showed me and explained what caused the faucet to not work correctly. Very satisified with Force Home and the professionalism of their employees. Have signed up for their membership for a few years now and have them service my HVAC every spring and fall. read more

I couldn't be happier with this company! I called them with an urgent matter this morning, after dealing with another very unprofessional plumbing company in town. They came out much sooner than expected and were very sensitive to the problem. Excellent customer service not only by the scheduler but also the two gentlemen Larry and David. I would highly reccomend them for any job and would for sure call on them in the future. read more

Our technican, Ricky, called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way and was on time (maybe even a few minutes early)! He was very honest and upfront with things that might need some improvement. This is no surprise though. Force Home Services did a total HVAC overhaul a few years ago in the dead heat of summer when it broke. Complete system replacement was done in a few hours. They provide good services! read more

I had an issue with one of the toilets and called Force Home Services for a service call. Whether it's replacing both hot water tanks, a garbage disposal, or toilets, I always ask for Cody. He is honest, on-time, and does a great job. And if there ever is a question, he always takes the time to explain the work in layman's terms. Thank you, Cody, for being an honest plumber! read more
