You advised her to drive the car for the light to go out. She did what you said. How is that not listening? Rude and obnoxious? He said the car would be ready by 5 and at 530 when She came to check on it and why it wasn't done they didn't even start on the car ! The girl working in garage kept slamming the car door while working on. Basically needed a sticker and that was it and they will find every little thing wrong with the car. From the windshield wipers to the tires ( that passed)and lug nuts they will make a stink about it. Over priced. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place. I called them and they told me to bring it in. The staff is very friendly and the work done to my car was better than I expected. My fuel pump just recently decided to quit. Guess where I'm taking my car this time? When I first walked in, it felt like home. Animal heads on the wall, a "NUGENT FOR PRESIDENT" sign, and pictures of the owner with Ted himself! Plenty of stuff to look at while you're standing there (unless you want to sit- there are seats), plus they seem to have a good sense of humor. I actually downloaded the yelp app and created an account just so I could write this review. I hope your experiences are just as great.
