The accident happened on a Saturday and my daughter couldn't pick it up until Monday AM. They don't answer their 24/7 messages unless you need a tow because she tried twice. Add to that the amount of charges to pull a vehicle from a small pile of snow was nothing short of robbery. The " bad weather" surcharge, and use of anything on the truck, like the winch are all extra. Add to that I saw pictures of the accident and the shape of the front of the vehicle. I was told "the bumper was hanging off" which means the tow guy allowed the front of the car to dig in and it broke away. Grand total with storage was 1200 dollars for a winch on a flat bed and a short ride to their impound yard . The State police must know how much they are taking advantage of people. Luckily my insurance covered the cost and im towing to my trusted body shop. Insane!

I brought my vehicle in for a state inspection and oil change, and from the moment I walked in, the place stood out. It was clean, organized, and professional--easily the most impressive auto service shop I've seen in my 60 years. They kept me informed every step of the way. As someone new to Pennsylvania, I especially appreciated how clearly they explained the process and what I needed to do. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, polite, and respectful. By early afternoon, everything was done--on time, exactly as requested, and exactly as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to bring any vehicle I own to Austin's on Broad Street

Saturday morning 815 am, I received a call informing me they do not service Mercedes. This was not a problem. I figured the tow truck operator was only trying to help and did not know they could not fix my car. The guys I the shop offered a couple of places that could do the work on Monday. All in all I appreciated that they were honest about not doing the work. The tow truck operator had good customer service and made me feel at ease while on the side of the highway broke down with two kids. The next day, I towed to another repair shop and the office staff was wonderful, an older gentleman and the younger gentleman dispatcher. My second tow driver was as nice and competent as the first. I would recommend the shop based on the character of the folks I dealt with in my limited experience.
