Did they even look or are they truly trying to rip me off? I would say I am not comfortable going to them for any repairs and certainly don't trust there service people . I was told that this was because the holiday season had been very busy and they hadn't had anyone in service to do this between Christmas and New Year's, but that someone would be in touch and would come to me to program a second key; I am about an hour and a half's drive from this dealership, which they knew at this time. Nobody ever got in touch. I have spent the past four months reaching out again and again, first to my sales associate, then to his manager, and now to the GM. Every time I am either ignored, ghosted, or given the runaround. I have spoken to my local Ford dealership, and it would cost me close to $750 to get a new key programmed myself. Parkway Ford refuses to either send someone to do this, as promised, or to refund me the cost or having this done myself. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this dealership.

We were told there were two keys by the sales rep Omar. After weeks of being told the second key was "in transit" from another dealership we were promised a second key. After some back and forth Omar stopped responding to my wife. We called the dealership and both Omar and the manager refused to call us back. I attended in person and the manager again refused to see me. The customer service rep apologized and told me the key would be ready next day or early the next week. After no call I attended and was told that I would need to make an appointment to have a key made and it would only take an hour. Needless to say Im already two and a half hours in and am still waiting for the key! It's the end of July. Do yourself a favour and buy a car somewhere else. These people lie and aren't even good at it. The goal is to frustrate you until you give up and they save $150 making you a new key. Absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

The exterior looked flawless in the online pictures. When I talked with sales about the scratches, they told me they're all like that and shrugged. CARFAX report's trim type did not match the trim type of the corresponding car. Made me wonder if they doctored the CARFAX to misrepresent the car for sale. Sketch AF. They talked me into test driving a car on the higher end of my price range without even discussing the more affordable options. When I test drove a newer car, the breaks pulsated and the steering wheel vibrated -- indicating potentially serious mechanical issues. They say they change the break system upon purchase -- probs because they know all the cars need this anyway. Customer services could have been better. Staff I interacted with seems to love mansplaining. They talked to me as if they thought I knew nothing about cars or financing. Well, I know enough to avoid getting ripped off here. Typed in the VIN on Kelly Blue Book to see trade in value. Most of the cars for sale here are extremely overpriced. Dealership refused to negotiate price. This places has mixed reviews. Some previous bad reviews accused Carimex of selling cars with liens on them and intentionally hiding mechanical issues with a car they sold leading the buying to sue them to recover lost funds. After visiting the place, I'm more inclined to believe that these bad reviews are accurate. Why take that risk on a $28,000 purchase?

Car blew ECU. Had it towed to a Canadian Tire in Waterloo. They diagnosed the issue in about 15…read moreminutes. Swapped an ECU in from another car that was in shop at the time to verify. Started and ran perfectly. They thought maybe a Chrysler dealer could fix the ECU. They towed it to Bustard free of charge. Told Bustard exactly what the problem was. They went and did a compression test, telling me all cylinders were at 8psi or less. If this was true, the car would not run at all. They took me back into the shop and redid the test in front of me. All cylinders exactly as they claimed. I paid for a new ECU, but not the $2500 they wanted for a complete valve job. I towed it back to Canadian Tire, as I had a terrible suspicion of tampering. The CT Master Tech spent 3 hours trying to figure it out. Eventually coming to the same conclusion of tampering. He ended up taking off valve cover and spark plugs. Hoping any chemical additive would evaporate, even with a fine mesh cover overtop to ensure nothing could get into the engine. Morning came around, car wouldn't start after reinstallation of parts. They sprayed some ether into the cylinders, and it started. It barely ran for a minute or so, and then started smoothing out. After 5 minutes it was idling perfectly. Compression test done again - all cylinders completely within OEM spec. Bustard intentionally messed with my car in hopes of pocketing a bunch of money. Shame on them.

He even replaced the fittings at each end of the line which he said were looking a little rusty but didn't charge us. Haven't found many (or any) car mechanics, let-alone car salesmen, who would match Jeff's honesty and integrity. Weeks later, the Most Wanted Owners said they would not help out with repair costs until I took down my original Google review, proceeding the have us sign a contract stating that we would not speak about the situation and that my girlfriend took responsibility for the issues with the car.
