In the trendy Southside area of downtown Chattanooga, this is a WELL curated shop that also doubles as a tattoo shop I believe. Didn't get to spend a lot of time in here but this store is EPIC!! Dallos carries records that I have never seen in any other shop for real. Great variety of genres. The jazz section is EPIC! You WILL find something you are looking for in here. I mentioned a few recommendations of records I'd like to see and the owner, Marlo wrote it down. Wouldn't surprise me if it's in the store when I come back. Prices looked good on the mostly new sealed records. I plan to spend a lot of money in here when I have more time to browse. GET HERE vinyl lovers!!

The cost is the same as Walmart or Amazon and tbf I'd rather support an in person vinyl store than online or giant commercial companies anyway (even if it cost $10 more (which at Dallos' it isn't)). Even had a fkn graduation cd. Haven't seen one of those in like 5 years. Would blow my whole paycheck at this store in like 15 minutes. The Electric Crocodile is THE best vintage store though - from clothing to games to decor to collectibles to keepsakes. This store is like a choose your own adventure through fabulousness. Mom and I stopped in last weekend, experiencing a fun, friendly staff and seeing so many deals on stylish clothes, potential home decor from past iconic eras, and just fun stuff. Some of what I saw - Garbage Pail Kids cards, Star Wars figurines, gems, 60's & 70's & 80's clothing pieces in great condition, and unique candlesticks and art. And an energetic cat is the unofficial store keeper. Can't wait to go back for a few hours soon to decide on what to purchase first!

Honestly, any business that welcomes our dog, I will almost every time purchase something-it means that much to me! The store holds a variety of items. It is a souvenir shop but this is probably one of the most unique souvenir shops I have ever visited. I like to purchase items when I travel that are locally made and this store had some items like that. Hubs and I took turns browsing the store and speaking with the owners, which made our experience more personable. I wanted to find something like an old souvenir Chattanooga vintage train but they did not have what I was picturing in my mind. Instead, the owners showed us trains they had in the window and offered to sell us the whole set but I could not afford it. Instead, we bargained for me to purchase a couple of pieces of the set. I thought it was very special of them to do that. We purchased some other souvenirs but none of them were sentimental like the train set pieces.
