DCB facilitated a crew to come out to my home within a couple of hours and they confirmed that the water heater had an internal leak and would need replacement. DCB was able to provide me with a quote on a new power vented 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater and installation at that same time. The installation crew was very friendly and courteous, and put down red carpet drop sheets all the way through to my furnace room. The installation was completed in an efficient and timely matter, and my hot water was restored!! I can't say enough about the service I experienced from DCB , and I will recommend to my family and friends!!

This year, 2025, we called them to report it was not working sufficiently: temp is set at 23, but the house registers 24.5 degrees! They want to charge $150 just to come out and inspect the problem. The original unit lasted approximately 20 years without an issue. This new Carrier unit installed by Convertible is just over 4 years old and it's unable to maintain a comfortable temperature of 23. Recent heat waves are a good test of the quality of an air conditioner unit, as well as the reliability of the company you hire when you need a new one. Disappointed in both!

He also explained that my leaving the unit off until it was unbearably hot was not a great idea. the service was fast, Gregory was professional and efficient as well as very personable. Since 2006, I have purchased a furnace, air conditioner and tankless water heater for two houses and have been very pleased with the quality, the service, the staff as well as the price. I highly recommend this company. And the sales person I dealt with on both occasions was Marnie Amodeo. She was exceptional at helping me find the exact products I needed for my homes. This meant no hot water for the whole weekend as the gas was turned off. Call NewTown and although busy would try to get to us near the end of the day as their jobs were not nearby. After my hot water heater died, I searched around to find a contractor to replace the heater. I…read morecontacted Constant Home Comfort through their website and got a callback in a few minutes. The salesperson came by the following morning to take a look at what needs to be done. I decided to replace my aging furnace at the same time and the salesperson walked me through the set of rebates that I can get from both Ontario and Enbridge. They also recommended adding attic insulation, which I hadn't done and was much needed. The additional Enbridge rebate pretty much pays for the insulation minus the required energy audit. Constant Home Comfort was able to get local contractors to install the hot water heater and the furnace on the same day. The contractors rolled out a carpet to the basement so that they didn't track dirt into the house and they did a great job of cleaning up after. The contractors fixed some issues with the A/C coil leaking into the furnace. They also taught us how to maintain the new equipment. Constant Home Comfort also took care of the rebates and set up the visit by the energy auditor. They still have to add insulation to the attic, but so far I'm very pleased with their service. Constant Home Comfort takes payment through cheque. They also speak Mandarin.

They finally sent a technician who has no idea how to fix the machine. Promised to send another technician after the first who apparently will still not be able to fix the machine, they are just going to come here and call the manufacturer. We are just supposed to sit here in the scorching heat waiting for them to call the manufacturer who refuses to take their calls. The 24 hr service is an absolute lie. The units they sell are faulty. This company is a scam!
