He left with hematomas on his ears and shaking his head. I have had these breed for decades and have worked with many groomers. I have never had this negative experience with another groomer. My dog is still terrified when we walk by this groomer's door. Now we have a groomer who my dog is excited to see and absolutely no issues with his ears or otherwise. I was asked my dogs weight, I told her what I wanted done and was quoted $120.00. Today I dropped off and when I picked my dog up, the charge was $160.00 plus tax. I very politely said that she had quoted me $120.00 and she opened her book and said well, that wasn't for a full groom and that price wasn't $120. Well, I have their business card with $120 written in it. I didn't want to argue so I paid but I won't be back. Just make sure you double check the price before you take your dog to be groomed here. I went here because they use to groom both of my other dogs and I never had any problems. Too bad as my pup looks fantastic but not an unexpected $40 fantastic.
