So they gave me a brand new one, not under warranty - just gave it to me for free. I was stunned. This level of customer support is amazing. This is my go to store from now on for all things bird related. For example, a feeder that I purchased a couple of years ago recently developed some "quirks". Tom, the proprietor, told me to bring it in for a "tune-up". He serviced the feeder, even replaced some parts, and soon got it back into service for my hungry goldfinches, chickadees, red-breasted nuthatches and their friends.
