Where they are located right on the Concord Hospital Campus, this was helpful. I was in no shape for a long ride ANYWHERE. They had me settled and medicated for my pain in no time. I'll just say this, the staff to patient ratio is amazing. Their quality, the same. I will never go anywhere else. Like folks say, if it works, don't fix it. Quick note on the food there. I'm a diabetic. I'm 6' 8" tall, over 300 lbs., and 67 years old. Because of my poor health (no surprise) I've had to give up smoking, drinking, etc... What's left...? Food, dining, cooking, etc... Yes, I'm pretty obsessed with my mealtimes. After a couple of "miscommunications" at the start, this team of food pros really came through for me. Once they figured me out and what I was HOPING for, they delivered. That's a first for me. We went high on the proteins and veggies. I couldn't have been happier. I didn't want to go back home. They never treated me anything like a, "oh no, it's YOU again!" Folks, if you can be a pest from time to time, their splendid treatment of me is RARE. Bottom Line! I'm not easy to take care of. They made it look easy because of their COMPETENCE! An important word these days. Some have no idea what it even means. Well these folks do and I couldn't have been happier there.

I am not happy with their business office and record keeping. Mistakes in my billing, credits given and then I am told I need to pay them back. Just recently I need to see PT for a back issue. The doctor wants to order an MRI but because I need to do the steroid, and PT then the MRI can be ordered. I had this same problem ten years ago and it was a budging disc which required injections. The injections worked. Back to MVPT. I could get an appointment for 2 weeks so I scheduled when they had time. Unfortunately due to an issue at work I missed the first appointment. Today I showed up for the 2nd appointment and was told I was called to tell me it was canceled due to missing the 1st appointment which was the 60 minute consultation. I never got the call. I asked her what number she called and it was my wife's cell phone. Someone they edited my file and put her number into my account . they had her number because we were both patients. I had been receiving calls on my phone for the 6 months I spent with PT for my shoulder. they told me today sorry you are out of luck and owe can't schedule anything for 2-3 weeks. This business office is the most disorganized and in the future I won't go back. I will live with the pain until it is so bad that I have to go to the emergency room.

Today I experienced a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jeff M. of Muscular Wellness in Bow, NH…read more I found him to be both inefficient and ineffective. Even with a 90 minute massage, Jeff M. did not complete a full massage. My previous masseur from Rhode Island completed a full head to toe massage including emphasis on my back area in only 75 minutes which also included a foot scrubbing all well as hot towel treatment on my back and feet. Jeff M. tried to work on my back for over an hour. He did not complete what I needed in terms of muscular massage relief. He then worked on the backs of both legs, my neck and upper chest. I felt cheated paying $135. He never even asked if I felt that the massage was satisfactory. He seemed to not care. He only asked if I wanted to book another appointment. I said no. Would I recommend Jeff M.? No. Would I return for a massage with him? No.
