I was upset because even though he was quoting the medical journals that he got the information from I couldn't understand because I've had three back surgeries and a spinal cord stimulator and my weight wasn't an issue for any of those things. Fast forward three years and he told me the same thing about my weight. The thing that made this conversation different is that I'm currently on Wegovy losing three pounds a week so he said he'll see me in 10-12 weeks when I'm 250lbs or less!

I am not happy with their business office and record keeping. Mistakes in my billing, credits given and then I am told I need to pay them back. Just recently I need to see PT for a back issue. The doctor wants to order an MRI but because I need to do the steroid, and PT then the MRI can be ordered. I had this same problem ten years ago and it was a budging disc which required injections. The injections worked. Back to MVPT. I could get an appointment for 2 weeks so I scheduled when they had time. Unfortunately due to an issue at work I missed the first appointment. Today I showed up for the 2nd appointment and was told I was called to tell me it was canceled due to missing the 1st appointment which was the 60 minute consultation. I never got the call. I asked her what number she called and it was my wife's cell phone. Someone they edited my file and put her number into my account . they had her number because we were both patients. I had been receiving calls on my phone for the 6 months I spent with PT for my shoulder. they told me today sorry you are out of luck and owe can't schedule anything for 2-3 weeks. This business office is the most disorganized and in the future I won't go back. I will live with the pain until it is so bad that I have to go to the emergency room.
