Fantastic Customer Service (Thanks Maya!)…read more I don't even have my actual service scheduled until next week so I'll try to remember to update then, but I just had to post this right after my first phone call. I called to schedule a general yard cleanup and spoke with Maya. She gave me very straightforward pricing, told me what to expect, and asked all the right questions about my needs. She was so knowledgeble that I kept her on the phone for quite a while, asking her details about various potential projects such as gravel, sod and sprinkler system installation (they do all of these). She gave me an overview of what each of these projects entailed, the general time/maintenance/cost involved, and was super patient answering all my questions thoroughly without ever trying to "sell" me anything. It was so refreshing to have a dedicated, knowledgeable human pick up on my first call and answer all my questions right away; Versus other places where it's usually someone who is either (1) only trained to schedule and sell services without any deeper understanding of the business; or (2) a busy foreman in a rush to their next site with no time for questions. Not their fault, just makes it a little tougher to know what you're getting. Assuming the quality of their work match that of their customer service I will be using them for future projects for sure!

I chose him this time because he gave me the cheaper of the two estimates I recieved, but I'll choose him again in the future because he was super friendly, communicative, prompt, and because he talked me through everything he was doing, my options, and things to consider for the future. My system is pretty old, so my blowout valve wouldn't accommodate the simple blowout method. Rather than try to upsell me on a new blowout valve or tell me this system was too old for him to service, Derrick took the time to work with my sprinkler valves directly, fashioning a custom coupler on the spot to work with my non-standard setup. It was a pleasure working with Derrick and I will definitely use Emergency Sprinkler Repair Pros for my future sprinkler needs.

We never really spent much time in our backyard because it's south-facing and we didn't have any shade. Al and his crew did an incredible job removing all of the grass, leveling out the ground and cutting all of the pavers to fit the space. I also bought a pergola kit from Costco and the AAA Lanscaping crew poured concrete supports and built the whole pergola for me. If you're looking to fix up your backyard, these guys are fast, do a great job, and are very easy to do business with.

The owner, Nelson, contacted me almost immediately after I posted a request for a contractor. He came the next day and gave me the winning bid. He did have other work scheduled ahead of me, but they work fast so the wait was not unreasonable. He is a good communicator, and very straightforward. He listened and he communicated to his team the details I cared about. After interviewing several other companies who were NOT good at listening, this was refreshing. Not only that, but he did things conscientiously and the right way. And explained to me why he was going to do it that way. It didn't cost more, it was just more diligent and I was glad to have the information because it affected which materials we would use. And his workers made one small mistake, but they corrected it on the spot and did so very quickly. They were very efficient. The result was beautiful. Overall, a very good service. My only regret is that once I tell people how good he is, now he will probably be less available!

Two large locust trees as well as a Linden tree needed serious trimming. Requested an appointment while I was out of town thinking that it would be several days before hearing back (as with other contractors, in fact one hasn't even bothered responding). Vincent inspected the trees and sent a quote before I was even home. I still had questions and concerns and he came right out in person to discuss the job in detail. Their quote came in so reasonable compared to others, I spent additional time researching them as the price had me worried. The crew came when scheduled, on time! cleaned while they worked and left my yard and the neighbors yard (as they needed access) cleaner than it was before they came. I live in an older house which has needed a lot of maintenance and this is the most stress free project I've had to deal with so far, so refreshing to find professionals who don't try and gauge you on price and do a really good job.

I had reached to another company for tree removal as well as Alpine Tree and Shrub Care. Vincent reached out to me right away and then did a thorough site survey before giving me a quote, rather than try to estimate it over the phone. This was what the job entailed after the site survey and explaining what I wanted. 1) Cut off and remove - 2 cotton woods, 1 catalpa and 1 silver maple in front yard - cut to low stump 2) Remove bushes along S fence line in front yard (leave bush in corner near house) 3) Grind Stump (they went almost double the depth that they quoted me because they wanted to make sure the dead trees would not grow back). They surpassed my expectations. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and studious in their work and clean up. The icing on the cake was that they did this for $1250 less than any of the competition wanted to charge. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs tree removal.
