We'd already charged it once while the crew was at our property. Before the crew was done, we noticed that a window on our RV was shattered, apparently due to a rock that was thrown during trimming. Accidents happen and the owner sent an email saying they would pay for the window. The owner apparently changed his mind and wanted the claim to go through his insurance. Ok. Two weeks later we are still waiting for an insurance approval or denial and a late charge was added to the bill for the mowing.

I called to schedule a general yard cleanup and spoke with Maya. She gave me very straightforward pricing, told me what to expect, and asked all the right questions about my needs. She was so knowledgeble that I kept her on the phone for quite a while, asking her details about various potential projects such as gravel, sod and sprinkler system installation (they do all of these). She gave me an overview of what each of these projects entailed, the general time/maintenance/cost involved, and was super patient answering all my questions thoroughly without ever trying to "sell" me anything. It was so refreshing to have a dedicated, knowledgeable human pick up on my first call and answer all my questions right away; Versus other places where it's usually someone who is either (1) only trained to schedule and sell services without any deeper understanding of the business; or (2) a busy foreman in a rush to their next site with no time for questions. Not their fault, just makes it a little tougher to know what you're getting. Assuming the quality of their work match that of their customer service I will be using them for future projects for sure!
