Fantastic Customer Service (Thanks Maya!) I don't even have my actual service scheduled until next week so I'll try to remember to update then, but I just had to post this right after my first phone call. I called to schedule a general yard cleanup and spoke with Maya. She gave me very straightforward pricing, told me what to expect, and asked all the right questions about my needs. She was so knowledgeble that I kept her on the phone for quite a while, asking her details about various potential projects such as gravel, sod and sprinkler system installation (they do all of these). She gave me an overview of what each of these projects entailed, the general time/maintenance/cost involved, and was super patient answering all my questions thoroughly without ever trying to "sell" me anything. It was so refreshing to have a dedicated, knowledgeable human pick up on my first call and answer all my questions right away; Versus other places where it's usually someone who is either (1) only trained to schedule and sell services without any deeper understanding of the business; or (2) a busy foreman in a rush to their next site with no time for questions. Not their fault, just makes it a little tougher to know what you're getting. Assuming the quality of their work match that of their customer service I will be using them for future projects for sure! read more

Awesome company! We are so happy with the work Denver Lawn and Landscape did for our front yard. The crew came out on the weekend to give an estimate and gave us so much more. We had old mulch and dead plants around our house and we wanted to freshen it up. They bounced ideas off us, gave recommendations on design, and let us know what kinds of plants they thought would work in the area. When it came time to start the project, DLL was always on time and worked throughout the whole day in the blistering heat. After attempting to secure an appointment with a couple of other lawn companies, unsuccessfully since they did not show, a friend mentioned that she used a company that was under new management and was happy with the work they did in her yard. I called and had a conversation with Maya, discussing what I needed done which included pulling weeds throughout my yard, mowing, edging, & trimming back hedges. There was a crew of three that showed up at my house, on time & ready to work. They had all of their own tools and were dressed appropriately for the job. They were also friendly and accommodating as I was working in the yard when they arrived and they insisted that I let them take over. They worked efficiently and cleanly, bagging up stuff as they went along and making sure the tools were not scattered about. My walkways, rock beds, and garden looked great after they finished pulling weeds. I wanted the weeds pulled from the grass before it was mowed and I was very satisfied with the end result. They even gave my hedges a nice, natural shape which is not what I had managed to do. I felt relieved to find a company that kept their appointment, came fully prepared, & was affordable. After getting quotes from multiple companies regarding fixing our four underground drainage pipes that exit from downspouts, we decided on DLL. The professionalism and care for their work was exceptional. The price was reasonable and they were willing to do a partial day's job to take care of us (a very small HOA building-4 owners, one building). Not only did they do what they contracted to do, BUT they added to the scope by fixing some things that we paid another company to do who had said they jetted the pipes, but actually had not. I had a great hour long discussion with measurements and then never heard from them. After a month, I sent another follow up email to give them one last shot to estimate and Maya replied that she was surprised she didn't send it to me. We set up an appointment with Denver Lawn and Landscape for a sprinkler blowout, and when they arrived, we realized our system is set up such that we didn't need to have it blown out for the winter.
