They have awesome kids pools, but they were all closed for maintenance. There is however a fairly small but nice playground that our 2yr old grandson thoroughly enjoyed. Our house had A/C issues, it never did get down to the low 70's which we set it for despite being a fairly mild weekend. The whole family got a kick out of the watching the ground hogs which are everywhere! We saw very little of the staff which seemed odd but not a problem, and they were very friendly. With the closest lake access being a couple minutes driving distance, and the closest beach being even further, the pool not working left us very little to do on site. If you do go to the beach, be aware that the entry line is insanely slow and chaotic. People yelling at each other and a police presence, After about 10 minutes in line, we along with several other vehicles left without ever getting in. I suspect the earlier you go the better chance you have.

I showed up to check in and while i was in line I overheard the people in line beside me. They were surprised and happy that they had only booked a 2 bedroom and they were given a 4 bedroom. When I came up to check in they told me that I had booked a 2 bedroom and that they were out of 4 bedroom units. That's not possible because they have limits on how many people are allowed to book a 2 bedroom unit. I went out and got my phone and showed them the reservation that clearly showed my reservation for my family of 7 that was booked for a 4 bedroom. They told me they had none left. I asked them if we could get two 2 bedrooms and switch to a 4 bedroom when one became available. They said they would have one available 2 days later and we waited 20 minutes for them to get it straightened out. They assured us that they would put priority on getting our place ready first thing Sunday so we could get moved early in the day. I also asked if we could have a restaurant voucher for our trouble. They gave us a $60 voucher for 7 people that didn't even cover 5 of us and had an 18% gratuity automatically added. Our cottage wasn't ready early as promised so we decided to go swim while waiting. When our room was finally ready Sunday afternoon we all packed up and left the pool, picked up our cards from the office and went to move our stuff only to find out that they had already deactivated our cards at the first cottages. We had to go back to the office where we were gaslit again. They told us they didn't deactivate the cards and we must have accidently de magnetized our cards. All 3 cards! Yeah right! When we got home I called to try to get a partial refund and was told to call Expedia. They lied and told Expedia that I booked a 2 bedroom and denied my request and made a big deal that they compensated me with the $60 restaurant coupon. Expedia had my booking right in front of them and didn't even fight for me. This was the first time in 11 years that were able to take a family vacation and our first vacation ever with our grandkids. Our daughter has an illness that limits her ability to travel and we had this small window of time to all be together and our first 2 nights together were taken from us. As much as we paid for this place I expected to get what I paid for and not to be gaslit and treated so poorly. The place was otherwise nice and we would have come back but after this, NOT A CHANCE!

Located on the Yellow Route and close to Reza Theater, the Titanic, and about 15 minutes from Salt Lake City- - -Additional information : My wonderful wife planned a getaway to Branson Labor Day weekend 2025, and we had a great time. Each time we've visited, we have stayed at Willow Ridge. We have typically been in rooms near the pool; this trip on the 5th floor with a view away from the pool, to the south. We hadn't realized when we scheduled the trip, but this 2025 Labor Day weekend, Branson hosted the US Navy Blue Angels for the first time, and we could see the show from our balcony - wonderful! - - - The property - - - Three buildings; 5 floors apiece. Perfect place for a family vacation! We had Rooms 432/432B (3 bedroom/3 bath) and it was perfect…read morefor our family of 9, stayed 6 days. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was well stocked as far and utensils, dishes, pots and pans, colander, can opener, toaster, coffee maker, cutting board and cookie sheets. We had kids ages 2, 5, 8, 10 and they loved everything about this resort. From the lake toys to all 3 pools, the games room and the playground. We only went into Branson once then spent the rest of the time at the resort. We kept commenting on how quiet it was and even though there were a lot of people you never felt crowded. Pizza World has fantastic pizza, coffee and ice cream. Everywhere we went it was so clean. I loved the communication by text about the weather and having to close pools and lake area for the safety of the visitors. Having a washer and dryer in the room was great, especially with little ones always spilling something on their clothes. The only negative things I can say was there was no sandy beach by the lake. Our grandkids would've loved that especially when walking into the lake. Bring water shoes because those rocks are sharp and are really hard to walk on. For the activities they are offer I wish it was listed on the paper where the activity was held at and the cost of each one. Also list on your website to bring paper products like paper towels, Kleenex and toilet paper (1 roll is in each bathroom), Food containers and plastic wrap. One last thing, would have been nice to have hooks in the bedrooms to hang clothes up on. All in all I would highly recommend this place for a fun family vacation and we will definitely be back.

In the meantime, we were told we could take our 3 children to play on the playground. However, we traveled from Dallas and our 3 year old developed a fever 1/2 way into the drive, so playing on a playground was not in the cards for him. Our room was finally ready around 5. We reserved a 2 bedroom condo. The front room with windows facing the parking lot and walkway had 2 beds which the children would be sleeping in. I had a weird feeling and checked the windows. Thankful that I did because all the windows were unlocked. The jacuzzi was dirty. Several spiders and flies inside the condo. The refrigerator made a loud noise the entire time making it hard to hear the TV. The washer was also very loud. We had to have our keycards reactivated several times. When I was getting them reactivated one of the times, the staff handed me the cards back which I grabbed with my left hand that had an iWatch on the wrist. She said it's probably deactivated again now. They should have a better system. The condo was not stocked. There was 1 extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a 6 day stay and 5 people. There were no paper towels. The grass was not cut outside of our patio so the kids couldn't play and there was a dirty beach towel lying in front of the patio. Unfortunately we will not be back nor would we recommend this resort, which to be frank, is not a resort
