Our stay here at the Little House on the 12th Hole, though only for one night, was extraordinary. The home carried a warmth and character that no hotel could ever truly replicate. Everything felt thoughtful, comfortable, and inviting, with a level of peace that immediately made the choice feel like the right one. It was well worth the money, and in truth, far beyond what ordinary accommodations usually offer. There is something to be said for a place that not only meets expectations, but quietly exceeds them without effort. Choosing this property was absolutely the right decision, and just as importantly, offering it to guests was clearly the right decision by those who made it available. It is a place that leaves a lasting impression, even in a short stay, and one I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for something genuinely special.

We really enjoyed the location, and everything worked as it should. We had a small hiccup, which was handled seamlessly. Mattress & Pillows are probably 20 years old. Seriously! Very creepy at night , at least condominium 17 is. During the day you get a lot of sun from the west in the family room so you can't really watch tv. Perhaps the window fixture needs an update.

However recently we decided to start doing condos to save money and make our own meals this time we decided however to bring our dogs because we wanted them to be with us. My issues with the place are several fold. The biggest came in the form of us not getting back our security deposit for "excessive animal hair" and "a urine stain near the front entry". There was a stain but it was there when we arrived. Lesson learned pictures before coming in. And while I can't argue the hair fact (unfortunately our corgi started blowing her coat on the trip over) we did not let the dogs on the furniture as per the agreement however that doesn't save it from sticking to us and transferring. We even tried to vacuum the hair to help out (we're not monsters after all) but the vacuum was barely serviceable and barely picked debris from feet let alone animal hair. They even told us that normally when people stay with pets they vacuum. Well we tried but it was an awful vacuum and isn't that what my 70$ cleaning fee is for?. Second is That plumbing was terrible. Loud pipes rattled with every flush of the toilet or turning on of the sink. In addition the showers went from cold to scalding with hardly any in between. The guest bed was a wobbly joke that swayed back and forth any time I tried to move waking my wife. All in all hardly worth the money and definitely not worth the hassle afterwards.
