Lovely experience today. I am an older person who just got chased down by a youngster babbling about a free sample that I had to make a donation for, since I did not buy anything. I was just standing there waiting to leave the shop area and the free sample woman gave me a little bag and said free sample. I didn't ask for it, she gave it to me. I walked out to the lobby area, and was chased down by this young worker. Embarrassed and feeling like i was being accused of shoplifting, i simply stated that I didn't know what was going on and she kept yelling that I had to buy a lighter or something to get a free sample. Sheesh.. My friends were horrified, and I was shamed into just handing the little bag to her and said.. I didn't do anything I was just standing there. After all the commotion... and I quickly left, she says.. "uh don't you want the sample?"... Oh my God, after all that embarrassment? Please. Everyone saw this... it was humiliating. I just updated my profile because I hadn't been in there for a couple of years. Will not go back again. Shameful and very embarrassing for a 62 year old person. read more

Foothill Wellness Center has what seems to be a rigorous hiring process and an excellent training program. To begin; The date of my visit was 3/13/21 the security guard on duty was extremely friendly and was a good multitasker. Usually the guards are snobs and rude but this one was not. I just wish I got his name. My budtender Gilberto was EXTREMELY kind and gave me his best products in terms of edibles. Even went as far to offer me sweet or sour. By gods good grace did they do their job. Gilberto also pointed me to future deals found in the display cases for future references and even asked Me if I was aware of the point system which I was not. I'm looking forward to the $10 off when I accumulate the proper amount of points. Make sure to ask for Gilberto as your budtender. I'm not sure if he was the manager on duty but he was very friendly and even joked around which helped break the Ice. read more

All the staff here is exceptional, especially Joana and Ana! I will tell you why. I was riding to this shop on my longboard and there was this hill that was a lot steeper than it looked, I started picking up so much speed and had loose trucks...long story short... I wiped out good!!!! I got back on my board with busted elbows, knees and in need of some good WEED! After checking in, Joana and Ana were angels with a toolbox size first aid kit, they patched me up like pro nurses and sold me TOP goods!! Truly the best weed shop experience anyone can ask for. This by far the best dispensary in the entire san fernando valley. I go 3 times a week, they always welcome me with open arms. This is NOT a dispensary that has mostly younger generations. 99 percent of the time i am by far the youngest patients and I LOVE it. Helps me to remember that anyone who needs this miracle medicine is not afraid to go and get it. This is how it was about 5+ yrs ago Now that marijuana is recognized to have many medicinal properties not only in the scientific community, but also in mainstream media. Went here for my daughter who was in a very bad car accident a year ago and still gets pain. Art who helped me this time was very nice and helpful. When he could not find a product I particularly wanted, he went to ask a colleague who came up with an alternative. I have read many negatives here but I have been here now three times and have not had a bad experience. Really people, there are a gazillion shops all over So Cal. Not everyone will be up to your particular standards. If not, then find another shop! I have had nothing but good experiences here as has my daughter when she has come in. read more

SUCH a nice place to get my edibles!! My husband and I just moved to LA and tried out this spot about a month ago. Now we come at LEAST 1-2 times a week. The store is always so clean and well kept, and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I wish I knew their names, but in particular, the male budtender who has glasses, and the blonde girl who is always there (I believe she is the manager)! Great place with great employees and products! The employees are amazing at ensuring each patient gets exactly what they need, and they make sure to personalize each experience to bring patients back! Their products are amazing, the flower is always high quality and they have so many options to look at if flower is not your choice of medication. I love FWC!! This shop is like family to me and I always walk out with a smile on my face. I come here 1-2 times a week! Art is one of my fave staff bc he's so professional and knowledgeable. The other budtenders are awesome too! My favorite brand to pick up is Frost bc it's freaking cheap and get me high like the sky! I recently got the Fire OG, Pie Hoe and Grape Cake wax.
