I just got off the phone with a few people at Foothill after purchasing a cart without being informed it was not interchangeable with other batteries. The tender who helped me didn't say anything when I asked for live resin options. Honestly, I know my purchase was a bit ago and I understand following "policy." I explained to them I used to drive very, very far to continue being a loyal customer after I moved away from the area. Not even an offer of a discounted battery that will become inevitably disposable? Dude - so not chill. Look up my purchase history. It goes back over 14years - and unfortunately it will end now. I'm not a review writer and this is the first time I ever felt the need to write a negative review... Sales reps are great... manager is a liar. Bought a Rove waui oil cartridge which would not work. I brought it back and the nice sales rep told me it was a thicker oil and I would need to to heat it up longer then some of the other oils... so I did just that and it still didn't work. I brought it back a second time today and manager came out to talk to me. He said he would not refund or exchange because I waited too long to return it and accused me a using a substantial amount of the oil which is a total lie. My battery does not work with this oil cart so I did nor use any of the oil. My first return was 10 days and my second return was 16 days. I don't care about the money or the exchange that much but he offered me nothing and HE WAS RUDE! Great way to run a biz... I recommend 5 customers to this place and I am telling them not to buy from here... it's the principle. read more

The best place ever! All of their products are organic and high quality. Other places, the flower burns my throat when I smoke it. But this place is smooth and strong. The edibles are very tasty and healthy. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. From the security to the management. I filled out my raffle stub on went on my merry way. I was called the next day and told I won the raffle. The prize was a Rove Pro Pack, which included an Amazing battery, battery pack AND a Full Gram. Apparently it's a $90 value. So.... for $35... I got $165 worth of product. I am telling you the raffle story for a simple reason. The STAFF is amazing amazing amazing. If not for being told to come back... at the possible expense of the store, I would not have won anything. Although they have a great variety and average stock, they are a bit pricey compared to other dispensaries. Today was my first visit, and in all my decades living on this earth, I have NEVER had a more enjoyable experience both registering and waiting for my doctor visit! The Staff (and many visitors) were so helpful with filling out the paperwork(which is minimal), and registering was completely automated using my iPhone (and their online registration process is the best I've seen--very logical, meaning "idiot-proof" for people like me who get thrown off with too many pages and legalese). The atmosphere is upbeat and informative, and that was only in the Lobby. I have yet to go into the Store, which is gonna be like that awesome Hogwarts' students' getaway (Hogsmeade?) where they sold the Butterbeer and all was festive). Since having be coming here for nearly 5 years, this past year they have gone way down hill. most of my complaint is due to the rude jerk misogynist security guard that works in the front. He has been extremely inappropriate and offensive to me on multiple occasions. They are also very unaccommodating when I had to return a vape battery that I just had purchased and was not working. I know it wasn't the employees fault but the manager or whoever wouldn't even come out and show his face to help me after them going back and forth multiple times. Not returning. read more
