Finally we got to go inside and the kids had a great time. It was a lot more spacious than last time and they made better use of the play areas. We arrived well within the posted business hours, yet from the moment we walked in, we were treated as though our presence was an inconvenience.If your business closes at 8:00 PM, then customers arriving before 8:00 PM should be able to enter, pay, and enjoy the facility without being repeatedly reminded that you are closing soon. Instead of providing service, this employee seemed more concerned about getting customers out the door.The situation became even more frustrating during check-in. I clearly provided my phone number multiple times, yet the employee repeatedly asked me to repeat it and still managed to enter it incorrectly. This wasted everyone's time and showed a surprising lack of attention to detail for such a basic task.What truly stood out was the complete lack of accountability. After making the mistake herself, the employee did not apologize or take responsibility. Instead, she blamed the customer and accused us of having a bad attitude. Being treated disrespectfully because of an employee's own error is unacceptable.As a paying member, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated neither. A business can have great facilities, great products, and great prices, but none of that matters when customers are treated with disrespect.If this is the level of service provided to members, I would strongly encourage potential customers to think twice before spending their money here. Customer service reflects a company's values, and based on this experience, those values are deeply concerning.Management should seriously reconsider its staff training, because one employee's behavior was enough to leave a lasting negative impression of the entire business.
