It is much bigger inside, and has a larger play structure than Play Modesto. It is very clean and well kept. I did not notice anything broken or in need of repair. We were here for a few hours, and someone is constantly picking up the toys and putting them back where they belong, wiping things down, vacuuming, etc. There is a lot to do, and both of my children had a great time! Best money I've spent for the kiddos in a while, oldest (5, the middle (4) and the youngest (1 1/2) were all entertained and nobody wanted to leave - they could have stayed all day! We went back today. The kids had a lot of fun. My grandson fell and ended up with a pretty large…read morescratch on his arm in the toddler area. A sharp part of a bracket holding the fence was exposed, scratching his arm when he fell. The sharp edge wasn't very noticeable so it took us a moment to realize where the scratch came from. I notified one of the employees right away to prevent another child from being injured. They were very responsive, immediately moved the diner set to cover the exposed bracket and then returned with an emergency kit to help us clean & cover his injury. Shortly after, a gentleman came over with some pliers and a hammer to properly attach the bracket and attaching the sharp edge into the fence. We're now just hoping the cut heals quickly and that it doesn't result in an infection. The kids still had fun despite the incident.

The pizza came out in large slices that could feed two kids each, but there were not enough slices for the number of children at the table. If the host had mentioned the party cut option, it would have made feeding everyone much easier. It's not a quiet workspace, so be aware it's probably not great for meetings. The play area is pretty large - tons of multi-story structures that are safe and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of places to duck and hide and accessories/toys/costumes that kids can play with and use. There are a few party-areas in the back where you can host a small gathering, and the staff is very helpful with setup and take-down, removing a bunch of the headache from the parents for the day. You are welcome to bring in outside food, which is great so you're not stuck w/ cold reheated pizzas if you don't want. There are plenty of large carts to help shuttle things back and forth from your car. Would recommend checking this place out if you have toddlers and little ones that are looking for a new play-house to explore.

Very clean.. food and drinks for purchase.. Temperature was perfect.. My kids had a blast but there was a few frustrating moments that I think you guys can work on to only get better. The employees were so worried about checking the kids wristband time. You cannot implement a time wristband when these kids are waiting 5-7 minutes in line just for an activity course to open up because there is no staff there to open it. We went on a Sunday and the weekends obviously your most busiest times you need to schedule accordingly to make sure there's a staff member at every single course because it's time wasted for them to play. Second, the employees seem annoyed when the kids would ask to open the next course. Anyone who has kids know that they stay on one thing maybe two times and then they're off to the next thing. Have employees at every single course if you don't want to stop what you're doing to go open the next course. And lastly, the open trampolines in the back where there is balls are inside the employee spent half the time yelling at the kids to stop kicking the balls. If you don't want the kids to throw/kick the balls then remove them.

They offer all the things you need and you're also able to decorate on your own as long as you're using tape! Party rooms include a host, and socks for the kids to jump. Depending on your package you also are able to have arcade cards for your party at the end of the jumping and eating hour. There are tons of play areas for kids of all ages, the room is bright and there are also arcade games (but pretty pricy!) At the end of the party they even offer you a wagon to carry all your food and presents to the car. Prices are pretty good compared to other jump places in the area and plenty of parking!
