I was there today from 6:30-7:30 pm and the teamlead on duty stated he couldn't discount these shoes. He stated he was only able to discount one pair and not the other. I was willing to purchase, at a discounted rate due to the poor quality. I even looked to see it there were any other sizes in better quality and they didn't have any. The teamlead i believe his name is Chris (white male, 120-130 Pounds) stated he was unable to discount or offer any other resolution. See below for photos. It's one thing to not want to honor a discount if the product is of good quality.. but when threads are falling off, glue showing on the shoes and with markings on brand new shoes is Ridiculous and it's that's bad business. He's picky and likes Nike socks. I stock up when they have sales on their socks which is usually buy one pack of six pairs and get the second pack for half off. Hubby also likes the basketball shorts they have here and I can usually pick those up for a pretty good price too (around $30). He's 6'5" so he needs to have the longer basketball shorts and they have those here. They can be difficult to find in some stores. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They can answer any of your questions and when you want to try on sneakers, they are quick to get the size you need and assist you. The store is very clean and organized. I come to this store when I need anything from a fresh pair of half cabs to a nice dress shirt for dinner. I've also purchased a couple of vintage 80s decks from here, and love that they include the grip tape and installation for free. The sales staff are abundant, so it's easy to find help if you need it. Other than during the Black Friday rush of the holidays, I don't recall any big sales events, especially on their shoes, so I don't often come here unless there's a particular need to.
