These were Vince flats that cost nearly $400. Since then, I have called multiple times, only to be placed on hold until the call disconnects. No one has followed up, and there has been no attempt to take responsibility or resolve the issue. My shoes have either been misplaced or stolen, and the lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

Sysadmin greeted me with a welcome HI, (I wrote down her name) and said it's been 1 week for this new store since they moved from Groesbeck. I walked through the whole store 3 times in my 30 minute shopping spree to take it all in. I saw so much merchandise I took photos since my Yelp personality is to "smile" and snap those photos to chat later to advertise a business in many areas. I saw clearance areas with Fall and Winter shoes and boots. Then on display are Spring and Summer shoes with high heels, wedge, flats and sandals, flip flops for ladies. Even dressy, fancy wedding styles and slippers too :) Sooo many different classy, sparkling, large and small purses hanging up and above the shoes walking throughout the store. Also for prom or weddings There's a men's and children's section again lots to choose for $ 10.00 ! Casual, slip-on, dress shoes or men sandals. Children's velcro style, slip on shoes or toddler shoes. Then of course Tennis shoes galore! Before checking out I saw and snapped photos of purses, hair accessories, jewelry with rings, to bracelets, and watches. I purchased 2 pair of shoes to wear with my dress jeans and my capris. I must have tried on six or seven pair as the sizing between the two brands was slightly different. The guys never complained or seemed put out. They were extremely helpful. As long as Chester Boot Shop is in business, I will never buy a pair anywhere else. As far as value, I would say that they are inline with any online retailer's pricing. He was super knowledgeable and helped me pick the support and stability I needed. He showed me about ten shoes and was as quick about it as I wanted to be while still evaluating each fit carefully.
