They seem to really care about what you're looking at and if its giving you what you need. I went on a Saturday afternoon. At Lenox, with the line and all the people flowing in and out, I didn't expect to get any special or super quick attention. I was wrong, mane. I feel like as soon as we picked up the two shoes we wanted to try, someone was already right there by the back asking what size we needed. Poof, magically appeared with pixie dust and a cool blue cloud. When they brought them out, I tried on the shoes. One was too little and had no more bigger sizes, the other I asked for the next size down. As I waited for someone to bring it out, another employee magically appeared behind me and asked if I was being helped. I told him yes and that someone was bringing out another pair. She arrived with the next size and had to go up front, so she informed another employee standing near me to "check on her with that new size". He walked right over to watch as I tried them on, complimented that they looked good, and asked how they felt and if they were working for me. They were a perfect fit, so I decided to purchase, and they took the box to the register. I tried on one more pair, and again while I was waiting for the box, someone appeared out of thin air and glitter to ask if I was being helped. It is like they all get a radar that goes off when you are more than 5 feet from an employee. I told the man I was being helped already. I really don't know how many people were working, but I was checked on enough times to wonder exactly how many people spoke to me in total. It was never the same dude! When we left I think it was the manager, Zeke, who stopped us to let us know that taking the survey could get us $10 off our next purchase. It wasn't some robotic sell at the end of the 'have a nice day' blurb. It was this casual, but thorough, no-pressure thing. "You ain't got to if you don't want to, but in case you did, I just wanted to tell yall about it." We forgot to do the survey Zeke, but thanks for making me feel like you personally wanted me to save that money. I appreciate it. The employees here did everything but offer me a glass of lemonade and ask me how school is going. This was the best customer service I've ever gotten at a shoe store. So yeah, this is where I will come to buy my sneakers from now on.

When you first walk in the store it's very clean and it smelled good. There were associates on the floor to help you with whatever you needed. The mission for the day was to find a pair of sandals under $20. As you browse around you're able to see all the different selections in the store but then your eyes glance at a sandal and it's $7.98. Immediately I asked a sales associate for the size so I can grab it and go. Walking up to the register to cash out, I didn't realize that I was one of their loyalty members. When the associate rang me up, I had a credit of $10 which paid for my sandals of $7.98. It was a huge win. Thank you so much and I will definitely return.

The food court had about 2 - 3 restaurants open, and it was freezing cold. It looks like they have doors open with these large airvac type accordion piping blowing cold air inside. Hopefully, they will get other business & restaurants to return & make the mall more vibrant. 1 is my rating.

Lots of empty spaces and quiet hallways. About 5 retail stores and 2 food court options. A mall's food court always tells the tale when it comes to business and Northlake's court speaks of dismal awareness. This mall has quite nice planters, fountains, and glass roof. None of the stores I came to shop at were currently operational. I ended up purchasing a pretzel, a cookie, and some Oriental food. Couple of Watch repair and Jewelry stores can be considerable. Construction is on going near the back entrance of the building, so I am hopeful that this is a sign of better things to come. Northlake Mall is a shopping mall northeast of Atlanta in the Northlake community of northern DeKalb County, Georgia, United States. The mall was once owned and managed by Simon Property Group - but since February 2016 has been owned by Texas-based ATR Corinth Partners. Anchor store is Macy's. This mall is spacious, clean and well maintained. They have few shops like Macy's, JC Penney in this mall. This mall has other stores including few eateries. Marta bus to Chamblee transit station is available at walkable distance from this mall. They have a spacious parking area.

He did a full analysis on my feet and stride, and was super knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. I learned so much about what to look for in both running and cross-training shoes. He stuck with my style which is nothing too bright and more neutral and versatile. After tried on a few different pairs and even some insoles. I ended up leaving with a new pair of Brooks and some Karhus. Turns out I'd been wearing the wrong size shoe. To top off my purchase I got a pair of Feetures socks and let me say, they are great so far. My feet have never felt better during workouts. If you're serious about comfort, form, or just tired of guessing which shoes to buy, go get a fitting at Fleet Feet. Great price points! I love my entire purchase and really appreciate how personalize the experience was!

They also offer other running essentials like socks, apparel, energy gels. You name it, they have it. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for quality shoes!
