I went to pick them in store on 2/12/25, but when I got there I was told the order was cancelled because it was more than 24 hours. That seemed weird since I had paid for it, but figured I would just grab a pair while I was there. But then, the young lady said the coupon I had used, could not be used again and I would have to pay full price. Two things are wrong here: First, the 24 hour order cancellation makes no sense; I paid for it so of course I want it. Second, some consideration should have been made under the circumstances to honor the coupon. The selection of colors and what not for different items is disappointing. It's winter, not summer. Most of the clothes were very thin, or just weird for winter. When I finally found a decent sized coat - IT WAS NEARLY 400 DOLLARS! absolutely not. It was hideous. The store was so busy and just not very clean. Many children without supervision, and I saw a spill or 2 go uncleaned. I asked an employee for some help with getting something off of a higher shelf (I am in a boot recovering from an injury.) and guess what?? She completely ignored me and walked away and literally started chit-chatting/laughing with another employee! This type of service is disrespectful and disgraceful. I don't plan on coming back here anytime soon. The other employee also just didn't pay any mind to me the whole time I was shopping. Pretty disappointed- I used to come here a lot.

So normally, I shop online, but 5.11 has opened retail locations antionwide. On this recent trip I needed a light jacket since I did not realize the weather was going to be a bit too cool for my Florida blood. I happened to run across this location on my travels and decided to make a quick stop. Store layout is like most with everything sorted by type of product and gender so it made it easy for me to find what I was looking for. Since it isn't fall or winter yet the selection was a little lighter, but that was to be expected. Found what I wanted within 10 minutes, was able to test fit the jacket and was happy with it. The only thing I have to ding the retail store for is that they do not accept or honor online coupons or deals, which is not consumer friendly. If I wasn't prepped for time I would have purchased this online. Either way, I was happy with the experience. As a side note, if you need a potty break, no public restrooms here! But if you are in need of some tactical style gear or just something comfrotable that will last, this is a great place to shop.
