We went to the perfume and jewelry area, and asked someone if they had that brand. We were pointed to another area that got us closer. Another attendant was able to help us, and find the brand we are looking for. They exactly had the Art of Shaving sandalwood cream, and it was at the regular price of about 35 dollars. We still bought it. The attendants were very helpful and friendly. I love that the store looks upscale and more organized, unlike Sears and JC Penney nearby. While the prices are a bit more expensive, the store and staff justify it. They have the more upscale brands. My dad and I will be back to get more of the shaving cream when needed, and get upscale clothes when there are sales. Overall: A because the customer service is great here.

Won't behold…read morethey had what they call in gift season right now which means when you purchase something you'll get a gift and there's different tears of gifts so I decided since I don't go to the mall that often I would just buy a bunch of the makeup so that I have it ready on hand at home to use so it was a pre-purchase, which means that I wouldn't get the items right then and I had to pay then and I got 15% off that day. The staff was really incredible. They were so helpful from the beginning to end and also when I told the sales person that well I really need some of the makeup today she said no problem we can give you some samples. I never had that happen before and I was surprised they even did that service so I wanted to make sure to do a shout out to Macy's at the Fla mall because they made my experience super seamless and I can't wait to pick up my items tomorrow.

Overall: B- An okay location with the regular merch and vibe you'd expect.

I love Uniqlo for their affordable yet quality clothing. It's not fast fashion. I am so happy…read morethat finally they will be coming to Miami, but before their opening, Uniqlo is one of our destinations when visiting Orlando (or wherever they have stores). Uniqlo's online service sucks - you have to pay postage for returns and there's no exchange - so I rarely order online unless it's a collaboration t shirt like Pokemon or Ghibli. It's great to see that the mall continues to be very busy after so many years. That said, the Uniqlo here is rather small. When it's busy it's hard to walk between the aisles or browse around. The line for waiting room can be long too. Not to mention that their selection is more limited. The Uniqlo in Disney Springs is way more spacious, but parking and going through security is a pain too, so if we aren't in the mood for it, this is a good place to shop. No matter how many times I visit, their self check out continues to amaze me. You simply dump everything into the cube and it accurately runs up the total. Scanning item by item feels so antiquated by comparison. Pro tip: They offer free same-day alternations on pants and dresses.

There were some others displayed like Marie, Bambi, and Inside Out. I enjoyed the time I spent here browsing. The prices are extremely affordable and hard to beat. There are self checkout options and reusable bags available for purchase if you forget to bring your own. You must scan your receipt to exit. I shop at EXPRESS often, and after this experience, I will definitely be returning to this location. I originally came in to make a return, but because Sean made the process so easy and pleasant, I ended up doing an exchange and purchasing additional clothing. He was consistently friendly, helpful, and smiling throughout the entire experience. In all my years of shopping at EXPRESS, I have never received customer service quite like this--Sean truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Sean, for your outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help customers. It is filled with tourists due to the connected hotel and proximity to the airport, so even on a Tuesday it felt packed in here. The layout feels almost like a labyrinth but there is a lot of signage on where to go. Most of the stores are ones you can find at most malls, but there are quite a bit of 'unique' stores as well.
