Let me start by saying that this company used to be awesome. I got some great hats from them back…read morein 2016ish for my one station and also a hat for another station that I worked at. Both were great and quality was good. I moved stations and wanted to order hats for this company and got a big order together and placed it. The order was placed on November 19th, 2020. Our order shipped November 25th, 2020. Awesome!! Although when they arrived, all the hats and beanies had the same deficiency. I don't know if they have a QA or not but this one slipped past. I contacted them November 27th, 2020 and notified them of this and they were very apologetic. The company stated that they would make an entire new batch and send them out to us. Hats were finally received today January 19th, 2021 and they were not much better in the quality of work. I'm giving them a 1 star because of the poor communication and not so great product. I say poor communications because over the 50.... yes 50 day waiting period to receive the new hats, I was told many times that it was just finishing up in embroidery and/or it would shipped out shortly. Finally a few days before they shipped I called and asked where the hats were and was told they just finished up and would be shipped. They also told me that since I was such a great customer and that I was so patient that they were sending some cool "swag" and incentive items as a thank you. Upon receiving the still poor quality items, no "swag" or incentive items were found in the box.... must still be getting embroidered. I'm very displeased and will not be recommending or buying from again. **UPDATE** 01/26/2021 I spoke with Susan Scott recently about the interaction that took place with our transaction. They were very apologetic and open to my suggestions and concerns about it. They listened to me and I also listen to them and the issues that they had. I Have raised my stars back up because I hope that this was just a bump in the road.

The employees in the front, rude in far more interesting and chatting up their friends would come to visit the store. In the back the employees were pretty nice and asking if we needed any help. I usually do not have the best of luck finding shoes in my size here and neither does my BF. Yet we still try. Hopefully itll get better.
