I had a shoe that I wanted to exchange (color and size) and she said I couldn't although I said that was DSW policy online. She said I was asking for a price match when they were the same price. She said she would not do it unless I could find it online. I told her I found it from Google AI (even though it pulled it direct from the website) and she said "well... that's why." with the most awful attitude. Then, my boyfriend went back in and asked about the price matching since we found the policy on their website. Since I had a coupon for $10 off, she wouldn't apply it to the exchange. My boyfriend said that since it's a new member account open, couldn't he just open an account and get the coupon there. She said "I'm not doing that here. You can do that at home." This store was pretty empty when we came in on Black Friday but slowly started to fill up while we were there. For Black Friday, they were very well organized and not messy at all. Shoes were in their places. Shoes could be found where they were suppose to be. Although, I wasn't able to find a pair that I wanted in my size, a staff member (Jonathan) offered to check neighboring stores for me to see if they had my size and they could also ship it to me directly if I wanted. While this was not necessary, because it just meant I found an even better pair of shoes that was more of a fit for me, it was appreciated that he had mentioned the offer to me. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. And this store seems to be one of the ones that offers more choices when it comes to styles than the other ones I've visited throughout the weekend.
