There's actually a bed that sits in front of the store and serves as the unofficial mascot. I would describe the clothing as lounge wear meets street wear. They basically take the idea of the Pajamas and turn it into everyday wear. From the relax fit to the ultra soft material that their clothes are made of the company takes that hanging out with your friends type of moment and captures it into a life style. The ladies that work here are fantastic and despite the store being semi-busy that didn't keep them from acknowledging each and every customer that entered the store. I kindly told her I have already used two of these coupons one in your own store few weeks ago and they perfectly scanned the archive body mist with the exact same type of coupon I own( you can own up to 5). The lady told me that's not true in this store and that if i read the fine print it will tell me they are excluded. I read the fine print and it is not. Mind you I have insisted telling them they literally gave me 2 already with my previous coupons yet they denied it. Not coming back here because this just does not make any sense. He walked to the back of the store and continued whatever he was doing with "maybe inventory". He had no desire to interact or be friendly or kind to customers or to help his co-worker in any way. Why should someone use body tape when you are spending $500 to $1500 on a dress. The other issue is that our daughter is highly allergic to almost everything and body tape doesn't work for her skin. They wouldn't take the dress back even though we had it for 30 minutes and went to our alteration person when the sales girl said "ours is very expensive you can go anywhere." Should have been a clue not to buy the dress. Their own alteration person even said the dress was the wrong dress for our daughter and we were told if that was the case they would refund our money. I was notified by the cashier that I didn't have to fill out anything else. There was a day and month slot. I asked him what is it for he said birthday gift. My gf…read moreand me both liked the floor model in the store, and the sofa that was delivered on time and undamaged to our apartment matched the floor sample in all aspects. Unfortunately within a day my gf developed a minor allergic reaction to sofa material, while I had no problem whatsoever. To make long story short we were able to return the sofa without any problems and were refunded in full including the delivery fee, and the sofa was picked up free of charge. I consider this an outstanding example of great customer service. In addition to that during our multiple visits to both By Design locations we were treated cordially by knowledgeable non-intrusive staff who honestly answered all our questions, sometimes even pointing out the disadvantages of certain furniture pieces that we would never notice ourselves. Since then we purchased a different sofa from By Design which we are happy with. I highly recommend this company for all your funiture needs.

The manager Naz is so knowledgeable and helpful that he is able to recommend something better than what I am seeking if it's necessary. He's also been able to give me advice on how to help my body help itself (from diet to the proper supplements for my body type).
