If I was looking for a phone so that I could order via their toll free number I would have stayed at home. Oh yeah, the whole place stinks like a combination of locker room and salvation army as well. That isn't their fault: it's the popcorn vendor outside, but it is still really off-putting. When I first shopped there it smelled exactly like they were selling dirty clothes. For women it may be a different deal with the amount of in-stock merchandise, but the smell is the same!

So we hit Finish line first, decent service but nothing jumped out, headed towards Champs and came across Shoe Palace so I said , lets see what they have. He found a pair he liked, we asked for his size and were quickly brought a pair. We asked for 2 sizes and when I asked why we were only brought 1 the associate replied so he knew which direction to go for a better fit. So I liked that. Points! Well the shoe was a good fit so we didnt need another pair. Another thing I liked was the manager, (im assuming she was the manager) was giving direction to her co worker's. Like greet the door etc. The other nice touch I liked was when she handed me the bag she came from around the counter and thanked me which was a nice touch. So this place has a ni c e selection of shoes and some apparel and I appreciated the customer service.

Today I walked in to a mass of beautiful fabric colors for summer styles, packed so tightly on the rack it was often hard to see what the garment was. Skirts and pants need separation to view. Athletic tops and bathing suits all squished together on one bar. But not a single Toad & Co skirt as appeared in the website. The staff member was pleasant and just shrugged and said that none were there. She also said that there were no skirts at all in knee length streetwear, just dressy wrap skirts or long dress skirts. What a wasted trip for me. If you are looking for skorts, shorts, swimwear, long dresses or any sort of tops, the color palette is almost endless and the quality is good from past experience.

Ok , so it's that time when duty calls and I have to search for and decide on a new pair of…read moreworkboots. Fortunately my employer pitched and provided me with a voucher as one of thier benefits. I attempted to go to the location in Brighton last week but unfortunately there was only one associate working and there were 3-4 potential customers ahead of me so I opted for the Thornton location, this week to give it another go. I walked just after opening and was greeted by Ms. Sandra. Who also winded up being my consultant on picking a new pair of boots. I explained my working conditions and what was important to me in a boot. After listening to my needs she walked me over to the for possibly lack of the correct term "fit right" analization area/ system. This system measures both feet and than you perform a walk test to see how your feet actually walk and make contact with the ground therefor enabling them to provide inserts for your boots/ hikers if needed. After that we discussed which boots would be best for my feet and working conditions. She explained the pros and cons of particular boots and I selected a free different ones to try on, she willing went to the back to check stock and returned for the try-on process. During this process I was fortunate enough to have the attention of both consultants Sandy and Travis, as I was the only customer for a brief period. They both willing answered all my questions and offered additional information that I did not think to ask. Even the different brands that they carried including Worx, Irish Setter, and Red Wing . Comparable on a grading scale as to good,better , and Best. They also offer many accessories including socks,gloves,hats and any and all maintenance needs for the upkeep of your new boots/shoes, plus many other items I did not mention. So in the end would I recommend? , most definitely! But I would recommend to set aside some time to really take a look and ask questions and try on different styles and be open to thier knowledge and expertise because to be honest, going in I wasn't going to buy the inserts because I've had them before and didn't think they did much to help but just thinking about it and listening to them both I figured why could it hurt because they do give you 30 days to return them if you don't think they are working out . So what's the harm? But it's all up to you. But trust your judgment as I did listen to them but pick your boots because they are your feet.
