She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.

During my visit today I purchased 2 pairs of trainers Hoka Bondi's and Brooks Adrenaline for my daily walks grab a few tanks for around the house while shopping. Naomi helped us and was wonderful very knowledgeable of the shoes I was looking at and the ones I wanted more information on. This particular location never disappoints when it comes to quality active lifestyle gear and clothing at a reasonable price and as a member the rewards come in handy when making such purchases.

The manager apparently name Cody doesn't even know how to do a simple return with or without a receipt. LITERALLY WASTE 30 MINUTES OF MY LIFE TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT WHEN IT AINT EVEN THAT HARD. If you're gonna be manager at least learn how to do the basic shit. Had to go in and out the store 3 times. First time was because they didn't let me return 2 of my vans shoes without a receipt. Even tho it states on the official website that you are allow to return without a receipt in exchange for store credit. I'm already pissed that had to carry 2 shoes box around the mall and couldn't return it so I ask nicely for a bag it's the least they can do so I can put my shoes in it so I don't have to carry boxes around the mall and he deadass refuse to give me a bag and said to me back "no but u can have ur shoes back tho" with a ugly smirk. I was pissed so I had to walk back to my car just to put up my damn shoes and then I decided to just return my 3rd pair of shoes that I was gonna keep but decided I didn't drove all the way here for nothing. So I came back to return my 3rd pair of shoes with a receipt and was told that I would be given store credit back even tho I had a receipt for it and paid with my credit card. I thought that boy was dumb at this point. Told him I'm going to look for the email to show I paid with credit card. So I left and came back with proof that I paid with credit card on my email confirmation order. But he's dumb self told me that he can't do anything about it since according to the paper receipt it's says gift cards even tho the email clearly shows that it was paid with credit card. I told him just to type the order number on the email instead and he said he can't do that. I found that funny because I made tons of return from online showing my email instead of paper receipt and it always works, so his obviously just don't know how to do his job. So the Cody guy was obvious dumb and rude and had an agenda against me from the beginning. Beside Cody the rest of the staff were nice and friendly. End driving to another vans store and was TREATED SO MUCH BETTER. THEY EVEN LET ME RETURN WITHOUT A RECEIPT AND GAVE ME A REFUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. I told them about the incident at this vans store and they even told me that I'm not the only one that complains about how dumb this store is. I even have pics of my receipts to prove I was given a refund back with no receipts and a refund back to my visa. I was pretty jazzed about the price but really kind of wanted them NOW! :) Conveniently there was an option to check local store inventory and sure enough, a store reasonably close to me had them. I called the phone number and asked if the item I wanted was in stock in my size -- it was. Yay! I headed down to the store the same afternoon and they had them waiting for me at the counter even though I hadn't requested that put them on hold for me. How cool is that? Tried them on, they fit like a glove, and I was out of there a happy customer. Oh, and I asked if they price matched their website and was told that they do, since the tag price was different from the online price. Turns out they rung up for the online price anyway, but it's good information to have just in case, you know?

I have shopped at this location many times before and always had the best customer service from one…read moreof the store managers until today. I was shopping around for some new work shoes with my 2 children. My daughter (6) tells me she needs to use the restroom and goes to ask the associate working for permission. She returns to tell me the woman refused to let her use it giving the excuse that she was by herself and couldn't leave the floor. The "manager" as she calls herself comes over to explain her reasoning. I reply that I will escort them to the restroom (was planning to anyway) so she wouldn't have to leave the floor, she still refuses. Mind you this restroom is 3 steps into their back room! Every place I shop I expect to be able to use the restroom especially for my children. I find it unacceptable customer service to treat children like that saying they have to go next door (to a competitor) to use the facilities. My family shouldn't be inconvenienced because of their staffing issue. I won't be back to this location again.
