I walked in to buy two scarfs one for me and the other for my wife. I noticed there were people standing by the cash register so I politely asked an employee where the line ended, she then kindly directed me and showed me. So once I went to the back of the line I noticed a big gap. When I say a big gap I mean it looked as if no one was in line. So I proceed to walk up because there was technically no in line. The only thing that stood in my way was the employee helping someone that looked like they were having issues(not in line), but as I proceed to walk to the front the employee that was helping a couple proceeds to yell and say they're in line and I'm helping them. I then ask the first employee who helped me at first if I go to the register since the employee who was helping the couple was technically not in line. The rude employee by the name of Karen interrupted me and said they were in line. I then proceed to look at the gap from where we where to the cash register and notice about two employees waiting for me. I then proceeded to let the employee know that was rude about the gap and before I could say what I truly wanted to say this rude employee another employee chimed and told everyone waiting in line to move up. Which is what I was trying to tell Karen. Needless to say what I was trying to do and tell Karen was what ended up happening. I don't feel like me and other customers needed to wait on someone Karen was trying to help when there were 3 cashiers waiting for us. I don't know if Karen was having a bad day today, but someone needs to let her know yelling at someone and being rude is not the way to go. I definitely will not be back!

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made size and fit recommendations and offered to order something that wasn't in stock (I have a odd frame) they simply contacted me when it was available and offered to tailor it to fit. They obsoletely went above and beyond what any other store would do. The selection of clothing is nice and stylish. They have everything you'll need for work and social events. They'll dress you head to toe! Keep in mind this isn't your $10 T-shirt shop or a place you'll find a cheap button up. The quality of items they have is top notch and made to last. Terrible. Been here twice and had an issue both times. Most recently, I asked them to repair…read morepockets on a jacket. They sewed part of the pocket completely shut and didn't address a ripped seem (see pic). I asked for a refund and the guy literally refused which is crazy. I think the source of the issue is there are too many people between the customer and the actual tailor so communication breaks down. I suggest finding a place where you can talk to the actual person who will be doing the alteration.
