I like coming to this location a lot more than the ones in Louisville! Mostly because there's other shopping around and it's usually not as crowded and as picked over. Their family pajamas are always something fun, on my most recent trip they had some with Santa riding a bull! How fun! read more

I am giving this location a 1 solely based off of customer service! I understand this is Black Friday shopping but there's no excuse for an employee to be rude. I walked in to buy two scarfs one for me and the other for my wife. I noticed there were people standing by the cash register so I politely asked an employee where the line ended, she then kindly directed me and showed me. So once I went to the back of the line I noticed a big gap. When I say a big gap I mean it looked as if no one was in line. So I proceed to walk up because there was technically no in line. The only thing that stood in my way was the employee helping someone that looked like they were having issues(not in line), but as I proceed to walk to the front the employee that was helping a couple proceeds to yell and say they're in line and I'm helping them. I then ask the first employee who helped me at first if I go to the register since the employee who was helping the couple was technically not in line. The rude employee by the name of Karen interrupted me and said they were in line. I then proceed to look at the gap from where we where to the cash register and notice about two employees waiting for me. I then proceeded to let the employee know that was rude about the gap and before I could say what I truly wanted to say this rude employee another employee chimed and told everyone waiting in line to move up. Which is what I was trying to tell Karen. Needless to say what I was trying to do and tell Karen was what ended up happening. I don't feel like me and other customers needed to wait on someone Karen was trying to help when there were 3 cashiers waiting for us. I don't know if Karen was having a bad day today, but someone needs to let her know yelling at someone and being rude is not the way to go. I definitely will not be back! read more

I was very pleased with my purchases, the store, and the employees. I love the Old Navy style and found alot of great pieces. I was complemented twice by employees who recognized I was wearing a sweater I had purchased from their store previously. I had a large order and was able to use both of my $30 coupons. The the lady at the checkout counter had to delete my, almost finished ring up, and start over to separate the order so I could use both coupons. I felt bad for not presenting my two coupons in the beginning, but the lady checking me out was so professional and friendly and did not make me feel like it was going to be an inconvenience or big deal to start over even though the store was busy. I felt like I was her customer until the end of my order and I appreciated not being rushed or made to feel bad. It was only my second time in this Old Navy, but I will return to this one when I need to visit an Old Navy again. read more

I love Old Navy. It just happens to be a clothing brand that fits me like a glove. This location is great because it is located in an area of town that had a retail explosion in the mid-00s. The particular strip mall that this store is located in is full of today's most popular stores. I enjoy starting at one end of the strip and working my way down to the other end. This is a medium size ON compared to others in the Louisville metro area. UPDATE: Bumped rating from 4 to 5 stars based on recent experience. First, when my size was not available, but the pair of shorts on the mannequin was my size, two employees, without hesitating, ripped the mannequin apart so I could have the shorts. Even more, they did it with a smile on their face. Second, the cashier was very efficient and seemed to be wearing the same smile that the other employees were. Wow.... smiles! How about that?! I noticed this store was recently remodeled and it is the first time I have seen the new layout. I like it very much. Instead of a main aisle down the middle with mens on one side and womens on the other, the store is now divided with an aisle dedicated to mens and an aisle dedicated to womens. When in the mens area, I don't even see the womens area at all (love it!). read more

I love shopping at Old Navy because they have the pants that fit me perfectly. They always have a sale going on that makes it reasonably priced. You can get flip flops for a dollar if you watch their Facebook page or get their email notifications. Everyone has always been friendly and willing to help out. The changing rooms are clean. read more

I went at my own risk on a Saturday. It wasn't crazy crowded, luckily. While the checkout line was full, they had several cashiers there for a quick checkout experience. The store was messy, but that's to be expected on a Saturday. I even overheard a manager say they needed to call someone in and station them in the fitting room area to get it organized. I've worked in retail for years, and totally get the struggle of organizing something just to have someone come behind you 2 seconds later and undo your 30 minutes of hard work! It's nearly impossible to keep everything neat and presentable on a weekend, but they definitely see the messiness as a problem to fix and address immediately rather than something to ignore. I haven't shopped at old navy in yrs but my daughter just started middle school and her style has changed so she asked to go there. It was on a Sunday and we got there at 5:30 and knew we had an hr. But with kids and trying clothes on u lose track of time. Me and another lady were at the dressing rooms with our girls and the manager came and said WERE CLOSED!!! Very rudely we were shocked and we were like omg sorry didn't know didn't hear an announcement or anything and she said in a very rude tone like helloooo we turned the music off. We were like really that is how we are supposed to know it's time like we were listening for the music! The lady next to me was like u are being very rude and she just gave her a smile and said ok lady is like u know I don't want anything from here she smiled and said ok!! The lady asked u don't care that u are losing a customer she said have a nice day call old navy's number and complain!! I mean woow they keep this lady and they will lose a lot of customers. Love the clearance racks. Always have great sales and the clothes are well made. One of my favorites. Not all stores have the same prices so watch that. Bought a pair of pants on clearance on Louisville, saw same pants in Clarksville for a much higher price. read more
