I walked in to buy two scarfs one for me and the other for my wife. I noticed there were people standing by the cash register so I politely asked an employee where the line ended, she then kindly directed me and showed me. So once I went to the back of the line I noticed a big gap. When I say a big gap I mean it looked as if no one was in line. So I proceed to walk up because there was technically no in line. The only thing that stood in my way was the employee helping someone that looked like they were having issues(not in line), but as I proceed to walk to the front the employee that was helping a couple proceeds to yell and say they're in line and I'm helping them. I then ask the first employee who helped me at first if I go to the register since the employee who was helping the couple was technically not in line. The rude employee by the name of Karen interrupted me and said they were in line. I then proceed to look at the gap from where we where to the cash register and notice about two employees waiting for me. I then proceeded to let the employee know that was rude about the gap and before I could say what I truly wanted to say this rude employee another employee chimed and told everyone waiting in line to move up. Which is what I was trying to tell Karen. Needless to say what I was trying to do and tell Karen was what ended up happening. I don't feel like me and other customers needed to wait on someone Karen was trying to help when there were 3 cashiers waiting for us. I don't know if Karen was having a bad day today, but someone needs to let her know yelling at someone and being rude is not the way to go. I definitely will not be back!

So they always have sales/deals and pretty good options available for everyone. So much to choose from so there isn't a reason to ever leave completely empty handed!! Thai particular location is in the mall Saint Mathews. My older and teenage daughters absolutely Charlotte Russe. They think the clothes are cute and trendy and enjoy shopping. As a father and primary bankroll of my daughters wardrobe I appreciate the franchise as well. They are super cheap compared to similar competitors. Most items run around $10 or less so my girls can rack up without bankrupting me. This location I've only been to a handful of times but it seems well Maintenance and the workers here seem more enthusiastic than the other locations I've been to of Charlotte Russe. But of course it's always gonna be hit and miss when the workers are younger mall employees. Overall nice shop with great pricing and cute clothes. It's really popular with my daughters and her friends and holds a high approval rating with my bank account spendings.

The regular price for items is a bit steep in my opinion, but they wear for a long time. Great customer service!…read more Let's preface this by saying I tried on a good 7 pairs of jeans, all of which were handed to me by one of 2 awesome associates. They were incredibly helpful and positive, even with the fairly large crowd at the time. I'd just like to contrast that with the uppity, snooty attitude of a Banana Republic I just went to, which in fact is what reminded me to write this review today.

I walked right up to the register where there was a lady standing and I said hi , and she looked right at me and then turned her back and walked away back to the changing rooms. She slowly came back and very coolly greeted me, and I returned a blouse that I didn't have the receipt for, but I had my order email and she entered my phone number and very quickly returned to my blouse and credited the card that I paid with. I was going to shop the store but her bad attitude-vibe was an easy decision for me to leave without purchasing anything else today. I am not sure if Cha'Kell is having a bad day or not, but she needs a better attitude.

I think they are doing well with cleaning and making sure people are spaced out. I love this store. The clothes are cute and made for my body. I do have to try everything on because everything runs a tad bit different but I love it. The return policy is decent too. I never have any issues. I do wish they would have more sexy clothes in the store. Most of the sexy clothes are online. Prices are higher than I like as well. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They pretty much seem to help everyone that comes in the store all the while giving them all the deals when they come in. Love this store and will always shop there!
