Clearance was average and felt small in inventory, especially for an outlet store. Old Navy continues to carry a plethora of Jean styles and if their first works for you, it's worth keeping this store on your list. The rest of the items felt thinner and cheaper in quality.

First, customer service, there is no customer service. We've been in this store three times, and we have yet to encounter a sales person or anyone working at this location. Second, we have given better clothes to the Salvation Army or the local Goodwill. I mean, "new" shouldn't mean holes or ripped apparel. Finally, H&M shouldn't have to be concerned about someone taking advantage of a five finger discount at this location.

Today I spotted shoes! Loved them but spending $200 for the pair wasn't in my budget. The staff are available as needed. The store isn't large so help is easy to find and checkout is quick. This is a great spot for gifts, even a smaller accessory or wallet - a splurge that someone may not spend on themselves.

There was sale up to 70% on items, with an additional 20% on selected items. The store has multiple associates. They were all friendly and proactively helping customers.
