The staff is amazing but when it comes to the games they have is another story . So now the customer can't get none of the owners to answer nor manager cause she convently on vacation for the 2 nd times which she's a very good manager that I personally like but come on people when the someone owed the money and a boss just takes it out of the register and the customer can't get her money until who knows when. They won't answer the phone none of the owners that's not how u run a business. I never had issues with them til today and u talk about really disappointed in that company I will say once I do get it I won't be back in there . That's a promise there . I've been in this store several times. In the beginning there were a few helpful employees, but…read morenow, there is one girl that works in the store (when I go in anyway) she gets up from behind the desk with a rude hello, and leans on the counter while you muddle through trying to find what your looking for. Prices are never the same on any given day with her. I've even paid double for a product within a matter of a few weeks. Bad business, no professionalism, find another vape shop is my suggestion. I think they are a RIP off!
