It is quite large and brightly lit, though not as big as the one in Fayette Mall but carries almost everything just the same. I have had my tennis rackets restrung here a few times and they have been nothing but efficient and helpful. It just gets a tad more expensive in this branch cos they charge for restringing even if you buy the string there. Even found a good deal on Adidas soccer kits on my recent outing there. Also, the sales they have occasionally on active wear is quite good. But it would help if they had more variety on tennis rackets and the like. The work staff are very helpful and friendly but always, it takes some time to locate one to help you. As much as I like this shop, the lack of demo programs is kind of a deal breaker for me. So I give 3.5 stars instead of the 4 I would have liked to have given them.

The shoes also come in a variety of different brands. My other favorite are the socks. There are socks from Bombas, born, smart wool along with asics, nike. They also have a lot of Stanley water bottles and other fancy water bottles that will help keep your water cold. This is accompanied by a lot of fitness items that are also available which include yoga mats, yoga blocks, and yoga straps. If camping is more of your thing, they have those items too. They're all discounted and available at a great price. I managed to find something that I could need every single time. It is definitely worth checking out.

This store is closing and based on my visit today it really isn't a shock. The powers that be here…read moredecided it would be great for business to place the worlds grumpiest elderly woman in charge of roaming the store and enforcing the most mundane and pointless of rules. For example, as my family was checking out (they were the only ones in line) someone approached. Thankfully old grumpy lady was there to rudely point out where the line started. We are all so relieved when she moved the man 3 feet over from where he was standing. As I sat and waited on my daughters to try on clothes, I was told I couldn't sit there. Why? I'll never know. I can't imagine anyone enjoying their shopping experience with this nasty heifer grazing the store.

I love Saks Off 5th, well at least I did in Cincy. The Cincy one had a good pick of designer…read moreoptions from time to time. Designers like Valentino, Oscar de la Renta, Rossi, and etc.). However, the one in Cincy will be going out of business in January. On the way home to AL I stopped by this location thinking they would have a good choosing of designer shoes, and boy was I majorly disappointed. They didn't have one major designer shoe at all. I was completely shocked by this considering Cincy had more options. I assumed most Saks Off 5th were the same. I know they don't carry the same styles or exact same shoes, but I at least thought they would carry the same amount of designer options. However, this location I feel may be a bigger store and was more organized. The choices were slim and nothing to report home about. It reminded me of a Nordstrom except with not as many good choices as Nordstrom. This location was not what I expected, and they did not have the options that I expected them to have.

I had such a positive experience today. Usually I plan on spending several hours roaming the store…read moreand identifying possible shoes to buy. I entered the store in hopes of finding a shoe really similar to my current Sketchers slip on shoe. The reason I have loved these shoes is they are light weight, slip on, a neutral grey color that goes with many outfits, and most of all COMFORTABLE with a Memory Foam insole. When I entered today I was greeted by a friendly young woman employee. She asked if she could help me and I replied I was looking for a shoe much like what I was wearing. Of course I didn't expect to get much help. Wrong! The employee, I think her name was Stephanie, walked me back to an aisle that had shoes almost identical to mine. Then she said she had another Sketcher shoe she thought I might really like. It looks much more like a traditional walking shoe but it has a step-in feature that is just that. You simply step in and to take it off you just tap the heel with the toe of your other foot. Light weight, check, easy to put on, check, comfortable with memory foam, check, a color and look that goes with many outfits, check! I'm sold. Then I asked the young employee if they had the buy one and get half off the second pair. She was apologetic that they no longer have that deal but asked if I had a smart phone. Yes but I'm not very literate. She took my phone and pulled up a ten dollar off coupon for me to show at checkout. THANKS for being so helpful! You made this shopping trip a true five star experience.

The store itself is solid, it is a brooks…read morebrothers, has a great selection of quality goods living up to the brooks brothers reputation and the staff is friendly. The tailoring however, seriously consider going to just any other local tailor. I typically do, but chose to utilize their service instead as the suit included some basic adjustments when I made the initial purchase. They absolutely butchered the suit. They did alterations in the most obscure ways, I wouldn't even call them shortcuts, just bad jobs at whatever they were attempting to do. Not going to go into detail as to the specifics, just some of the worst "tailoring" I have ever encountered, not just that it did not fit well, it was horrid workmanship, In the end they nearly destroyed my suit completely (I honestly thought they had but was reassured by another tailor that he can salvage it, though it is costing me). Didn't even get the hemming right In addition to this, when I had dropped it off, I had explicitly asked them if they would be able to do the work I was requesting, as if not it was perfectly fine, I would rather leave it in the original state than ruin great fabric. I asked this multiple times, and was confidently reassured that they could manage. They were wrong. (The most obvious sign was when I was told it would be a good amount of work but it was completed in half the time they had said it would take) Would recommend for the store, absolutely not for the tailoring
