The variety of shoes is inconsistent and they frequently don't have all of the sizes available. I find the customer service to be meh and not fully committed. They do still have a robust online store which may be the best ways to go. Sometimes they have good sales that are worth a visit into the physical store as well. Those can be a good value for your dollar.

Amazing selection of boots- all styles sizes: men's women's kids: cowhide suede, stingray, ostrich, snake gator even the exotic prints for those on a budget. The boot selection was second to none. The service was top-tier. Probably the best sales interaction I've ever had. Came in to browse. Found a pair. Ran some questions by one of the sales associates fantastic. If you go ask for Chuck. If it weren't for Chuck, I don't think I would've bought these boots. No, he didn't talk me into buying anything. He didn't press me to buy a certain brand or type of boot. I felt like a trust Chuck. I took his word. That guy took the boots off his own feet to let me feel how an exotic leather becomes more supple as you wear and condition them as opposed to how rigid and tough they feel on the shelf. Between that and his firm handshake, he sold me on the boots. Could not be happier with my purchase. I will be back. I think I need a pair of Cayman bellies soon.

I was able to find a pair of shoes for work and some comfortable sandals. My only complaint is that there were about 4 employees and their friends, standing around gossiping instead of helping. I asked the salesperson about the color of the dress and what shoe color would coordinate well. She confirmed my thoughts and she checked stock for several pairs of shoes for my friend. She told us which ones she could order in other colors and was very consultative without being pushy. She even helped pick out some jewelry and had recommendations for shoe comfort accessories. It was Stephanie, y'all! Stephanie, you were GREAT with us today, and we will be back! Excellent customer service and nice demeanor.

IF I needed to purchase boots more often, I would be here more, but luckily, Red Wings are the only boot I've owned that lasted longer than a year. Fantastic product.

Skechers came out with their Flex shoes; and I had to learn the hard way that that just meant they would keep expanding further and further and get so loose that they caused me blisters. They still have these shoes so it would be nice if they put some kind of caution on them for other people. Since I work in a hospital, work shoes without shoelaces are preferable; but I was willing to be open to shoelaces if that was the only thing that I could find. I got lucky and tried one of these pairs on. It was the perfect fit I was looking for. Firm without cutting off my circulation, memory foam on the inside for my feet and not really heavy shoes. They are called Quick Getaway, Skechers Sport Memory Foam. I will definitely come back here as long as they have shoes that I need; and they are on sale.
